摘要: A dynamotor capable of operating as either a motor or a generator is used with both the armature portion and the field portion thereof capable of being rotated. In the case where a pulley operatively interlocked with the output shaft of the prime mover is mounted on the rotary shaft of the armature portion, the drive shaft of the compressor is mounted on the rotating field portion. Once the dynamotor is operated in motor mode, the rotational speed of the compressor is increased to the sum of the input rotational speed and the rotational speed of the dynamotor. The compressor is stopped by disconnecting a power feed circuit. When the input rotational speed is too high, the dynamotor is operated in generator mode. In this way, the rotational speed is reduced in accordance with the generated electric energy.

The pressure receiving portions (83) represent at least one half of the area of the sliding surface.

The compressor is driven selectively by the pulley or the electric motor. The armature and the field system of the electric motor are independently supported. The pulley is mechanically connected to either of the armature and the field system, and the compressor is mechanically connected to the other.

摘要: A scroll-type compressor for realizing the operating condition of complete 0% capacity without using an electromagnetic clutch. In order to minimize the power loss, a compliance crankshaft mechanism for allowing the orbiting radius of the movable scroll member to change steplessly to zero is interposed between a shaft and a scroll member. A guide hole having an inclined surface such as a two-step conical surface is formed at the end plate of the movable scroll member. A plunger adapted to engage by advancing toward and retracting from the guide hole is supported on a housing. When the plunger is advanced into the guide hole under the control of a control operation device including a control pressure chamber and a control valve, the movable scroll member moves radially, so that the amount of eccentricity and the orbiting radius thereof are reduced to achieve the 0% capacity.

摘要: In a fluid apparatus used as a compressor, a swing support member is constructed of a hook-type adjustable joint, and supports a swing member in capable of swinging while restricting the swing member from rotating about a center axis of a shaft of the compressor. A variable mechanism portion is constructed of a rotary member rotatable around the shaft, the swing member and the like. A slant center around which the swing member swings is made to substantially correspond to a center of gravity of the variable mechanism portion. Therefore, a slant moment, for changing a slant angle of the swing member, is not structurally generated. Accordingly, even when the compressor operates, large vibration and large noise can be prevented, thereby improving durability of the compressor.

摘要: A microwave transmitting window for a plasma processing device. The window is a body of one or more pieces of the same or different dielectric materials. A surface of the window facing a microwave transmitting horn or waveguide is planar and extends perpendicularly to an axial direction. An opposite surface of the window is recessed such that the body has a non-uniform thickness between the two surfaces. The recessed surface can have various shapes and the overall size of the window can be equal to the size of a plasma formation chamber of the plasma processing device. The outlet of the plasma formation chamber can be formed in an end wall or the outlet can be formed by the inner periphery of the plasma formation chamber.
