    摘要: A suction cup includes a suction cup main body, an attachment surface and a gel layer. The surface of the gel layer serves as a suction surface. In a method of manufacturing a suction cup, a cavity is formed in the inside of a common mold and a primary mold. Next, a synthetic resin material is injected into the cavity, to mold the suction cup main body. Subsequently, the primary mold is opened, to obtain the suction cup main body. Next, a secondary mold is mated to the common mold, whereby a cavity is formed in the inside of the common mold and the secondary mold. Subsequently, a gel is injected into the cavity, to mold the gel layer. Next, the secondary mold is opened, to obtain a suction cup composed of the gel layer and the suction cup main body, on the common mold.

    摘要: Embodiments of valve operating mechanisms for operating the poppet valve of an internal combustion engine. Each embodiment includes a rotating cam member having a cam lobe surface engaged with a follower for actuating the poppet valve. The profile of the cam surface is such so that the absolute value of the jerk of the valve acceleration in the vicinity of maximum valve lift is smaller than the absolute value of the jerk of the valve in areas adjacent to the area of maximum valve lift. The load between the cam surface and the follower at the point of maximum lift is greater than the load during the time of at least one of the approach to maximum lift and the closing of the valve after the maximum lift because the tip of the nose of the cam has a greater effective radius than on the sides adjacent the tip. This reduces stress and permits greater engine speeds without valve float.

    摘要: A multi-port device analysis apparatus is capable of analyzing a multi-port device having three or more with improved efficiency and accuracy. The multi-port device analysis apparatus includes: a signal source (112) for providing a test signal to one of terminals of a multi-port device under test (DUT); a plurality of test ports (P1-Pn) for connecting all of the terminals of the multi-port DUT to the corresponding test ports; a plurality of measurement units (MU1-MUn) for measuring signals from the corresponding test ports; a reference signal measurement unit (R) for measuring the test signal for obtaining reference data; a plurality of terminal resistors (TR1-TRn) each being assigned to one of the test ports; and switch means (SW1-SWn) for selectively providing the test signal to one of the test ports (input port) and disconnecting the terminal resistor from the input port while connecting the terminal resistors to all the other test ports; wherein parameters of the multi-port DUT are acquired without changing the connections between the test ports and the terminals of the DUT, while changing selection of the test port until all of the test port being assigned as the input port.
