    摘要: Provided are an aliphatic polyester carbonate having biodegradability and having a content of carbonate unit of at least 5 mol %, a weight-average molecular weight of at least 100,000, a melt viscosity of 2,000-50,000 poises at 190.degree. C. and under a load of 60 kg and a melting point of 70.degree.-180.degree. C., and a process for producing said aliphatic polyester carbonate which comprises reacting an aliphatic dihydroxy compound with an aliphatic dibasic acid in the presence of an ester exchange catalyst to obtain an oligomer and then reacting the oligomer with a diaryl carbonate in the presence of the ester exchange catalyst. A phosphorus compound may be added to the aliphatic polyester carbonate for the purpose of stabilization.

    摘要: A process for producing an aliphatic polyester carbonate which comprises reacting (1) an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid compound containing succinic acid as a main component, (2) an aliphatic dihydroxy compound containing 1,4-butanediol as a main component, and (3) (a) a polyhydric alcohol having 3 or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule, (b) a polybasic carboxylic acid compound having 3 or more carboxyl groups in a molecule, or (c) a polybasic carboxylic acid having one or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule to obtain an aliphatic polyester oligomer and reacting the obtained aliphatic polyester oligomer and a carbonate compound, wherein the aliphatic polyester carbonate has a melt tension of 1.5 g or more at 190.degree. C. and at an extrusion rate of 10 mm/minute; a process for producing an aliphatic polyester carbonate which comprises reacting above components (1) and (2) to obtain an aliphatic polyester oligomer and reacting the obtained aliphatic polyester oligomer, above component (3) (a), and a carbonate compound, wherein the aliphatic polyester carbonate has the same properties; and aliphatic polyester carbonates produced by these processes. The aliphatic polyester carbonate is branched and biodegradable, has a high molecular weight, and shows higher melt tension and more excellent molding property in comparison with conventional linear aliphatic polyester carbonates in molding of the polyester carbonate to prepare films, sheets, fibers, and other molded products.

    摘要: A plurality of agitation spindles are disposed, and an agitation vane is attached to the lower portion of each agitation spindle. A mixing and kneading zone for mixing and kneading soft soil with a hardener is formed so that the hardener is supplied near these agitation vanes. The agitation spindles are supported by reinforcing members and connecting members to construct a multiple spindle kneading apparatus for improving ground. In one embodiment, blade-like excavating cutters are mounted on the agitation spindles. In another embodiment, hollow agitation spindles are used and the hollow portions are used as hardener passages. In still another embodiment, a tube for injecting the hardener into the mixing and kneading zone is disposed so that it can be moved up and down. A method for hardening soft ground by using this multiple spindle kneading apparatus in which the hardener feed position can be changed is provided.

    摘要: An imine compound is produced in high yield by reacting a benzophenone with ammonia in the presence of 0.01 to 100% by weight of an oxide of at least one of metals selected from the group consisting of metals of the second to fifth periods of Group III to V of the periodic Table, and iron as a catalyst at a reaction temperature of 150.degree. to 250.degree. C on the basis of benzophenone. Ammonia is fed to the reaction system continuously under a pressure of 2 to 15 atmospheres. A solvent may be used for the reaction. The catalyst metal oxide can be readily recovered and reused without any influence of water formed by the reaction.
