摘要： An apparatus for identifying a position of an abnormality occurred in a secondary battery system includes an information acquisition unit for acquiring information about a module (module information) from among a plurality of modules included in a module series that accommodates a block for which the difference between a block voltage value and a block voltage value after a primary delay has changed so as to exceed a voltage threshold within a preset time before and after the point in time at which the block voltage value and series current value stopped being correlated, a notification reception unit for receiving a notification about the occurrence of an abnormality in a secondary battery, and a module specification unit for specifying at least the module corresponding to the latest module information as the module in which an abnormality occurred when the notification reception unit receives a notification.

摘要： A storage battery container is provided with an air supply part having an air supply port provided to the bottom surface, a variable heat dissipation device that balances accumulated heat inside the storage battery, and an air discharge part of a rear surface having an air discharge port correspondingly provided to a heat release part of the variable heat dissipation device. The air supply part puts the air supply port in an open state when power is being supplied, and puts the air supply port in a closed state when the power supply stops. The air discharge part puts the air discharge port in an open state when the variable heat dissipation device is actuated, and puts the air discharge port in a closed state when the actuation of the variable heat dissipation device stops.

摘要： The present invention provides a fire extinguishing apparatus being inexpensive in manufacturing cost, easy to handle, and it enables a storage tank to be refilled with fire extinguishing sand during a fire extinguishing. A fire extinguishing apparatus of the present invention includes a sand container having fire extinguishing sand a nitrogen gas cylinder, and an ejector provided nitrogen gas taken out via a decompression valve from the nitrogen gas cylinder. The ejector is connected to a suction tube sucking the fire extinguishing sand from the sand container using negative pressure generated by a nitrogen gas stream and a delivery tube delivering the sucked fire extinguishing sand and the nitrogen gas. The sand container has a lid plate provided with a sand inlet enabling opening and closing, which enables the sand container to be refilled with the fire extinguishing sand during a fire extinguishing.
