摘要: A ventilation housing of the present disclosure includes: a housing; and a ventilation assembly. The housing includes a tubular projection extending to project from an outer surface and internally having a first space communicating the inside and the outside of the housing. The ventilation assembly includes: an internal member being a tubular body having an opening at a first end portion and an opening at a second end portion; a gas-permeable membrane covering the opening at the first end portion of the internal member; and an external member being a tubular body having a bottom, the external member being joined to the internal member with the internal member inserted in the interior of the external member from the first end portion side. The ventilation assembly is fixed to the projection with the projection inserted in the opening at the second end portion of the internal member to make an inner peripheral surface of the internal member and an outer peripheral surface of the projection abut each other. The ventilation assembly has a second space serving as a ventilation path connecting the gas-permeable membrane and the outside of the ventilation assembly in the inside of the internal member, the inside of the external member, and/or an interspace between the internal member and the external member joined together. A height H1 of the internal member is 6 to 10 mm. A ratio of the height H1 of the internal member to a height H2 of the projection is 1.00 to 1.70. The ventilation housing of the present disclosure exhibits excellent performance in terms of moisture permeation between the inside and the outside of the housing and is capable of reducing dropping of the ventilation assembly from the projection of the housing.

摘要: The present invention provides a thermally-conductive sheet excellent in heat dissipation properties. The thermally-conductive sheet includes a polymer matrix and a thermally-conductive filler dispersed in the polymer matrix. The present invention is a thermally-conductive sheet including a polymer matrix and non-spherical particles of a thermally-conductive filler that are dispersed in the polymer matrix. At least a part of the thermally-conductive filler particles are oriented in a thickness direction of the sheet. When a portion of the sheet where the thermally-conductive filler particles have the highest degree of orientation in the thickness direction of the sheet is defined as a center of orientation, and an axis passing through the center of orientation and perpendicular to sheet surfaces is defined as a central axis of orientation, the thermally-conductive sheet has a region where the thermally-conductive filler particles are oriented toward one point on the central axis of orientation and where the degree of orientation of the thermally-conductive filler particles in the thickness direction of the sheet decreases from the center of orientation toward a periphery of the sheet.

摘要: A ventilation housing of the present disclosure includes: a housing; and a ventilation assembly. The ventilation assembly of the present disclosure can prevent the gas-permeable membrane from being damaged at the time of fixation to the projection even when the ventilation assembly is reduced in height.

摘要: A ventilation housing includes a housing and ventilation component. A housing tubular projecting part has a communicating hole between housing inner and outer spaces. The ventilation component has: an attachment member over the projecting part with a contacting inner surface; an attachment member supported ventilation body covering a hole end portion between the inner and outer spaces; and a covering member including peripheral and top parts over the attachment member. At least one ventilation path connects the ventilation body and the outer space. A first contact part between an attachment member outer surface outermost protruding portion and covering member peripheral part inner surface is closer to the inner space than an end portion on the outer space side in a second contact part being a contact portion between the housing projecting part outer surface and the attachment member inner surface.

摘要: A disclosed method for producing an elongated filler-containing fluororesin sheet includes: a step (I) of forming a strip member from a strip sheet containing a fluororesin, a filler, and a forming aid; and a step (II) of forming an elongated sheet strip by rolling the strip member in a longitudinal direction of the strip member. In the step (I), the strip member is formed by bending the strip sheet in such a manner that quadrilaterals formed on a surface of the strip member, each defined by two strip member side edges extending in the longitudinal direction of the strip member and two strip sheet side edges of the strip sheet that crosses a region between the two strip member side edges are parallelograms each having an acute angle α as an interior angle and that the parallelograms are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the strip member.
