摘要: The invention relates to a control module for fluid control in injection systems, having a valve body (2) in which valve needles (6, 24) of control valves (5, 17) are received. With these control valves (5, 17), the pressure buildup or pressure relief of control chambers (30) or nozzle chambers of injectors can be varied. The control valves (5, 17) in the valve body (2) are electromagnetically actuatable, and magnet coils are received in recesses (9, 20) of insert elements (19, 32) or in recesses (9) in the valve body itself.

摘要: A fuel injection system having one high-pressure fuel pump and one fuel injection valve communicating therewith for each engine cylinder. A piston of the fuel pump defines a work chamber which communicates with a pressure chamber of the fuel injection valve, which valve has an injection valve member by which injection openings are controlled, and which valve is movable in an opening direction counter to a closing force by the pressure prevailing in the pressure chamber. A first control valve controls, a connection of the pump work chamber to a relief chamber and a second control valve controls, a connection of a control pressure chamber, communicating with the pump work chamber and defined by a control piston, to a relief chamber. The control piston, controls a flow cross section of the connection of the control pressure chamber to the relief chamber as a function of the stroke of the control piston in such a way that when the injection valve member is in a closing direction, a larger flow cross section is uncovered than when the injection valve member is disposed in an open position.

摘要: A filter arrangement, for cleaning gases contaminated with particles, has at least one filter unit with an exterior and an interior filter (3.1, 3.2), wherein the exterior and interior filters can be moved relative to each other, thereby exposing an opening (3.4) in the bottom regions thereof. This allows cleaning of filter units at the site of the filter units without disassembly of the same (cleaning in place—CIP). A method for cleaning is provided in that the region of the filter unit on the clean gas side including introducing a fluid sprayed via a cleaning lance protruding into the clean gas region while exposing a gap (3.4) in the bottom region of the exterior and interior filters.

摘要: A low-emissivity multilayer system highly resistant to heat treatment for transparent substrates, in particular for window panes comprises, starting from the substrate, at least a lower antireflection coating consisting of several partial layers and including a layer essentially consisting of ZnO which is adjacent with a silver-based functional layer, an essentially metallic blocking layer located on top of the silver-based layer, an upper antireflection coating consisting of several partial layers and a cover coating optionally consisting of several partial layers. The upper antireflection coating has: a partial layer of ZnO or a mixed oxide ZnMeOx that contains ZnO or a succession of layers of mixed oxides of the ZnO:Al/ZnMeOx type; a partial layer of Si3N4 or SixOyNz; and between these two partial layers, a separating layer with a thickness of 0.5 to 5 nm, consisting of a metal oxide or a mixed oxide with a cubic crystal lattice, which prevents direct contact between these two partial layers. According to the invention, the inserted separating layer makes it possible to further improve the mechanical and chemical properties of the multilayer system and to obtain coated window panes that are highly resistant to technical handling operations.
