    摘要: An active part of an electrical machine has a carrier, a plurality of coils which are arranged on the carrier and which each include a plurality of sub-conductors and a winding head area, in which the coils project out of the carrier in a curved shape, respectively and are connected to one another. At least one of the plurality of coils has a coil arc in the winding head area, and the center line of the coil runs in one plane in the coil arc. The sub-conductors of one coil run parallel to the plane in the coil arc of the coil and themselves in each case form sub-conductor arcs. The vertices of the sub-conductor arcs of the coil form a line of inclination which runs at an angle to the plane.

    摘要: An active part of an electrical machine has a carrier, a plurality of coils which are arranged on the carrier and which each include a plurality of sub-conductors and a winding head area, in which the coils project out of the carrier in a curved shape, respectively and are connected to one another. At least one of the plurality of coils has a coil arc in the winding head area, and the center line of the coil runs in one plane in the coil arc. The sub-conductors of one coil run parallel to the plane in the coil arc of the coil and themselves in each case form sub-conductor arcs. The vertices of the sub-conductor arcs of the coil form a line of inclination which runs at an angle to the plane.

    摘要: A wind power generator with a closed internal cooling circuit has a stator that is implemented as sheet metal and includes a winding system which forms winding heads at the end faces of the stator. The stator is enclosed by a cooling jacket at least in the region of the laminated core, wherein permanent magnets of a rotor are disposed on a magnet wheel jacket embodied as a hollow shaft. The magnet wheel jacket is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a shaft or shaft stubs by way of support elements at its end faces, wherein in its interior the hollow shaft has at least one tube whose lateral surface area runs at an equidistant clearance from the magnet wheel jacket. Blowers are mounted at the end faces of the rotor.

The segment has a cross section essentially shaped as a circular arc and includes a first and a second segment boundary configured for attachment to an additional segment, a corresponding coil associated with each phase of a three-phase system, a first conductor, and a second conductor. The first conductor is connected to the second conductor via an end connection in an area of end windings, such that a first coil associated with a first phase surrounds second and third coils associated with second and third phases of the three-phase system.
