    摘要: The invention relates to cyclic silazanes of the formula II in which R is a divalent, Si—C and C—N-bound, optionally cyano- or halogen-substituted C3-C15-hydrocarbon radical, in which one or more, non-adjacent methylene units may be replaced by —O—, —CO—, —COO—, —OCO—, —OCOO—, —S— or —NRX— groups and in which one or more non-adjacent methine units may be replaced by —N═, —N═N— or —P═ groups, where at least 3 and at most 6 atoms are arranged between the silicon atom and the nitrogen atom of the ring, RX is hydrogen or an optionally halogen-substituted C1-C10-hydrocarbon radical, and R2 is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent, optionally cyano- or halogen-substituted, Si-C- bound C1-C20-hydrocarbon radical or C1-C20-hydrocarbonoxy radical, in each of which one or more non-adjacent methylene units may be replaced by —O—, —CO—, —COO—, —OCO—, —OCOO—, —S— or —NRX— groups and in which one or more non-adjacent methine units may be replaced by —N═, —N═N— or —P═ groups.

    摘要: A continuous process for preparing alkylamines comprises reacting continuous streams of ammonia and alkyl halide in a molar ratio of at least 10:1 in a pressure reactor. The ultimate reaction mixture has a temperature of >80° C., a pressure of >40 bar and an ammonium halide content of >1% by weight, and comprises two phases (A) a first phase comprising at least 75% by weight of the total amount of ammonium halide formed, and (B) a second phase comprising at least 80% by weight of the total amount of alkylamine formed. The first and second phases are separated, and an alkylamine product is recovered therefrom.

    摘要: Methylchlorosilanes are prepared from silicon and methyl chloride in the presence of a copper catalyst and optionally promoter substances, the production rates of the individual methylchlorosilanes, based on the surface area of the silicon employed, being controlled by the structural parameter QF of the silicon. The structural parameter QF is determined by(a) cutting up silicon test specimens to form a cut surface.(b) totaling on the cut surface the areas of the precipitates of intermetallic phases having a longitudinal shape to give an area number A,(c) totaling on the cut surface the areas of precipitates of intermetallic phases having a circular shape to give an area number B, and(d) obtaining the quotient of the area number A and the area number B, called the structural parameter QF.
