摘要： Provided are an input motion analysis method and an information processing device that enable simultaneous multi-point input via different input instruments to be correctly performed as intended by an operator. The information processing device according to the present invention can simultaneously receive an input motion of a finger (2) and an input motion of a pen (3) that is thinner than the finger (2) in the same input region (1) in a display screen. When an operator performs a first input motion by moving his/her finger (2) or a pen (3) along a surface of the input region (1) while keeping at least the finger (2) in contact with or close to the input region (1), the information processing device analyzes the first input motion by the finger (2) or the pen (3) based on, instead of an input tool assessment criterion provided for assessing an input motion by the pen (3), a finger assessment criterion provided for assessing an input motion by the finger (2) and that has a lower resolution to assess input motions than that of the input tool assessment criterion.

摘要： An on-vehicle display control unit includes a CPU to which vehicle data of various kinds are inputted and a graphic LSI arranged to generate display data to be outputted to a display. The graphic LSI is arranged to generate predetermined display data from image data generated by a meter ECU. However, if there is a problem in a state of the meter ECU or an input status of 3D moving picture data, the graphic LSI receives a fail safe control from the CPU (4), thereby to generate fail safe display data corresponding to the predetermined display data. This realizes an on-vehicle display system capable of stably displaying important vehicle information.

摘要： A steerable vehicle information display system is provided, in which images remain undisturbed even if a momentary power interruption occurs. The steerable vehicle information display system comprises: a DPF controller (21), which acquires status information (D1 to D4) from the ECUs of each section of a motor vehicle with a predetermined periodicity; a rendering controller (22), which generates component images representative of the status of each section of the motor vehicle based on the status information (D1 to D4) and generates a composite image of a motor vehicle dashboard by compositing the generated component images; and a nonvolatile memory (24), which stores the status information (D1 to D4) or intermediate information generated from the status information, with the information being at least the latest information. If any of the status information (D1 to D4) is not acquired, the rendering controller (22) generates the informational image using information read from the nonvolatile memory (24) and displays it on the liquid crystal display device (11).

In a bilingual database, information on various conversational sentence examples is stored. An analyzer extracts semantic feature names from an input sentence, free entered through an input unit, by using the semantic feature dictionary. A semantic searcher selects from the bilingual database a conversational sentence example having the largest number of semantic feature names coincident with the extracted semantic feature names. A display unit displays the selected conversational sentence example along with its translation.
