    摘要: The subject of the invention is a process for the manufacture of (iodoorganyl)alkoxysilanes of the general formula: ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 is an alkylene group, R.sup.2 is an alkoxy group and R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 an alkoxy group and/or an alkyl or aryl group, whereby the chlorine or bromine compound corresponding to that of formula (1) is caused to react with stoichiometric to double molar quantities of an inorganic iodine donor in the presence of 0.01-5 mol % of an organic substituted onium salt of nitrogen, phosphorus, arsenic or antimony or an organic substituted sulfonium salt or a crown ether as catalyst, in certain solubilizing agents.

    摘要: A method for the preparation of 3-chloropropyltrichlorosilane is carried out by conversion of trichlorosilane with allylchloride in the presence of a platinum containing polymeric organosiloxane-ammonium compound containing units represented by the structural formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 represent a group of the formula:R.sup.5 --SiO.sub.3/2 (2)wherein R.sup.5 denotes an alkylene group and the free valences of the oxygen atoms are saturated by silicon atoms of further groups of the formula (2), optionally with incorporation of crosslinking agents, R.sup.4 has the same meaning as R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 or hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl or benzyl, Y.sup.x- represents PtX.sub.4.sup.2- or PtX.sub.6.sup.2- (X is Cl or Br) and can also be an inorganic 1 to 3 functional anion of a protonic acid which yields stable salts with amine bases or the hydroxy group, and x is a number from 1 to 3.

    摘要: A process is described for the hydrided of halogen-substituted compounds of the second to fourth period of Groups III to V of the periodic system, with the exception of gallium, aluminum, carbon, or nitrogen. A finely-granulated aluminum is added to a molten salt melt that consists of 50-67 molar % AlCl.sub.3 (anhydrous) and 50 to 33 molar % of sodium chloride. Then to the stirred, or by some other means dispersed suspension, hydrogen is introduced to hydrided the finely-dispersed aluminum. Thereafter the mixture is reacted with the halogen-substituted compound and the resulting hydrided compound is renewed.

The starting material to be purified has an approximate composition corresponding to TiS.sub.2, a content of free sulfur greater than 0.1 weight % and/or a particle diameter d.sub.90% greater than 10 .mu.m and is dispersed in an organic liquid that dissolves sulfur but not TiS.sub.2 in a shearing device, is then separated from the liquid phase, washed, and dried with exclusion of air.
