摘要： A fuel injection timing control system of an internal combustion engine of a compression ignition type including a fuel injection pump driven by a cam connected to the engine, and a valve operative to return a part of the fuel delivered by the fuel injection pump to fuel source. The advance angle of the cam is set beforehand at a value bigger than those assumed in the range for normal operation, and the real fuel injection timing is modified by actuating the valve according to operating conditions of the engine.

摘要： A speed governor for engine includes a variation removing circuit responsive to an engine rotational speed signal indicative of the rotational speed of a diesel engine to remove a periodical variation component of the signal due to the pulsation of the output torque which the diesel engine generates, from the signal. The period of the variation to be removed by the variation removing circuit changes with the change of the rotational speed of the engine. The variation removing circuit may be formed of a sample-and-hold circuit or a variable characteristic filter of which the suppression frequency is variable.

摘要： A device for driving an electromagnet from a direct current source includes first and second circuits which are coupled in parallel to each other, and in parallel to a direct current source. The first circuit has a first switch, a solenoid coil, and a second switch all in series with one another. The second circuit has a third switch, a storage coil, and a fourth switch all in series with one another. A third circuit is provided which has a diode which is arranged to provide a current path from a junction between the storage coil and the fourth switch, to a junction between the first switch and the solenoid coil. In operation, during solenoid standby, the choke coil is caused to store electromagnetic energy. When the solenoid coil is energized, the switches are operated such that the energy stored in the storage coil is caused to quickly charge into the solenoid coil. The solenoid coil is maintained energized by operating the first switch in a chopper mode. To deenergize the solenoid coil, the switches are operated so that the energy in the solenoid coil is discharged into the storage coil. In this way, rapid deenergization is possible.

摘要： A method and apparatus for driving an electromagnetic device includes two coils which selectively attract and repel a moving body. In order to allow a quick switching of the moving body between being attracted by one coil and the other, the current through the coil which is not holding the moving body in its magnetic field can be made to be a level higher than the current to the coil which is holding the body in its magnetic field. By reducing the current to the coil that is holding the body, the body can be rapidly switched to be within the magnetic field of the other coil. In addition, the currents to the respective coils can be increased before this switching occurs. Structure can also be provided across the coils to quicken the time it takes for the magnetic field to dissipate.

In the chromatic image recording apparatus, the optimum exposing conditions of an original having a deviated color balance can be easily established. The output chromatic image of desired quality can be obtained, irrespective of any hue characteristics of the chromatic image on the original. When a brightness characteristics calculating member and a brightness characteristics control member replace the hue characteristics calculating member and the hue characteristics control member, the output chromatic image of desired quality can be obtained, irrespective of any brightness characteristics of the chromatic image on the original. When the chromatic image recording apparatus additionally comprises an auxiliary exposure member and an auxiliary exposure control member, the output chromatic image can be reproduced with an improved color gradation.

摘要： In an image formation system such as color copying machine, a micro-capsule paper as a photosensitive and pressure-sensitive medium and a developer paper as an image recording medium are fed in an overlapped state in a gap defined between two rollers having different diameters disposed in a pressure developing unit of the image formation system. In the pressure developing unit, the gap between two rollers is pressure adjusted by the cam assembly which comprises a cam support member disposed to be movable in directions contacting to and being separated from one roller, a plurality of cams mounted to the cam support member, an elastically deformable member supported by the frame member for applying pressure to the cam by the elastic deformation caused by the contact to the cams and a pressure transferring member mounted to the cam support member for transferring the pressure caused by the pressure applying member to the one roller, thus uniformly adjusting the pressure distribution to the papers between two rollers. The distance between the cam support member and the pressure applying member be adjusted by disposing and adjusting the wedge member. The cams selectively operated in accordance with the sizes of the papers to be utilized.
