    摘要: In a start control system for a vehicle, a memory stores a first setting value used to control a clutch to attain a start standby state and a second setting value used to control the clutch to attain a start preparation position. A clutch controller controls the clutch to attain a start standby state based on the first setting value upon determining that the vehicle has proceeded to a start standby period and controls the clutch to attain a start preparation state, in which the distance between the clutch disks is smaller than that in the start standby state, based on the second setting value upon determining the vehicle has proceeded to a start preparation period. The clutch controller controls the clutch such that the distance between the clutch disks is smaller than that in the start preparation state and carries out control such that an engine speed approaches an engine target speed.

The heat load on the clutch at the time when the vehicle starts to move is reduced and the durability thereof is improved, and the clutch can be made smaller and lighter.

    摘要: A start control system stores a map M1 that associates an accelerator position with an initial target speed of an engine and a map M2 that associates an accelerator position with a final target speed of the engine. If it is determined that a vehicle is in a start control period, a target speed of the engine is set to the initial target speed. When the engine speed reaches the initial target speed, the engine target speed is set to the final target speed. The initial target speed is set to a larger value than the final target speed for the same accelerator position.
