A fluid analysis cartridge and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The fluid analysis cartridge includes an inspection unit configured to receive and inspect the fluid sample, a housing comprising at least one supply hole that is configured to supply the fluid sample to the inspection unit, and a filtering unit disposed between the supply hole of the housing and the inspection unit and configured to filter a specific substance present in the fluid sample.

A diagnostic device capable of measuring a concentration of glycated hemoglobin using a simple structure and a diagnostic system having the same are provided. The diagnostic device includes: a first sample supplier including a bond inhibiting substance that inhibits bonding between glycated hemoglobin and a bonding substance bound selectively to the glycated hemoglobin; a second sample supplier separated from the first sample supplier; a first chamber connected to the first sample supplier through a first passage between the first sample supplier and the first chamber; and a second chamber connected to the second sample supplier through a second passage between the second sample supplier and the second chamber.
Abstract:
An assay method enhances reliability of assay of a target material by removing interfering influence of non-target materials through controlling the concentration of the target material in a sample. A reagent kit, a microfluidic device, and a test apparatus are disclosed. The method includes capturing a target material using a capturing agent which selectively binds the target material and determining measured values of reaction products of an enzyme which is activated by the target material, wherein enzyme reactions are conducted in the presence and absence of the capturing agent.

Disclosed are a sample inspection apparatus and a control method thereof. The sample inspection apparatus includes a housing, a cartridge insertable into one side of the housing and configured to receive a sample, a pressing member disposed within the housing and configured to press the cartridge to inspect the sample, a fluid storage part configured to transfer a fluid to the pressing member so that the pressing member presses the cartridge, and a fluid supply part configured to supply the fluid into the fluid storage part.
