Abstract: The present invention discloses a real-time ultrasonic stimulation electric signal recording chip and a preparation method thereof, where the preparation method includes the following steps: S1 manufacturing an interdigital electrode on a piezoelectric substrate to obtain a surface acoustic wave chip, and manufacturing a recording electrode and an electrode lead; S2, manufacturing an insulation protection layer on the chip obtained in the S1, and processing the insulation protection layer to form the recording electrode, so as to obtain a chip combining the interdigital electrode and the recording electrode; S3, preparing a PDMS cavity; and S4, bonding the PDMS cavity prepared in the S3 and the chip obtained in the S2. In the present invention, combining the interdigital electrode generating a surface acoustic wave ultrasound with a multi-channel recording electrode, such that real-time recording of a multi-channel electric signal under ultrasonic stimulation is achieved.

Abstract: Disclosed is a microfluidic system based on an artificially structured acoustic field, comprising a microcavity and a ultrasonic emission device, wherein the microcavity is used to accommodate a solution containing particles, the ultrasonic emission device is used to emit ultrasound, and characterized in further comprising a phononic crystal plate placed in the microcavity, wherein the phononic crystal plate has an artificial cycle structure, and is used to modulate the acoustic field so as to control the particles. Also disclosed is a method of controlling microfluid particles based on an artificially structured acoustic field. In the particular embodiments, since a microcavity, an ultrasonic emission device and a phononic crystal plate are comprised, the ultrasonic emission device is used to emit ultrasound, and the phononic crystal plate has an artificial cycle structure, and is used to modulate the acoustic field so as to control the particles. The method provides a new means for drug delivery, and offers technical support for drug research and development.

Abstract: An ultrasound deep brain stimulation method and system, the ultrasound deep brain stimulation method comprises: medically imaging a head of an animal or a human being, to generate image data; creating a head 3D digital model according to the image data; creating a 3D digital model of an ultrasound transducer array according to structure, density and acoustic parameters information of the ultrasound transducer array; generating a first ultrasound transmitting sequence according to the head 3D digital model, the 3D digital model of the ultrasound transducer array, structure, density and acoustic parameters of the skull and brain tissues, and structure, density and acoustic parameters of the ultrasound transducer array; and controlling the ultrasound transducer array to transmit ultrasound waves in accordance with the first ultrasound transmitting sequence, to implement ultrasound deep brain stimulation to the brain nucleus to be stimulated. By the use of the present invention, ultrasound can noninvasively passes through the skull to be focused in a deep brain region. By the use of different ultrasound transmitting sequences, ultrasound neuromodulation can be realized, and research on an action mechanism for the ultrasound neuromodulation can be performed.

Abstract: Provided is an acoustic microfluidic system for cell fusion, a preparation method therefor and use thereof, which relates to the technical field of cell fusion.
