    Abstract: An apparatus for removing a residue of an EUV light source vessel including an internal side surface having a curved surface is provided. The apparatus includes a frame portion configured to be disposed on a bottom surface of an EUV light source vessel and a head portion above the frame portion. The head portion is configured to be rotatably moved on a circular trajectory while maintaining a desired (and/or alternatively predetermined) distance from the curved surface of the EUV light source vessel. The head portion may have a heating member configured to emit heat toward the curved surface of the EUV light source vessel. The heating member may have a shape curved in an arc corresponding to a portion of the circular trajectory.

    Abstract: Provided is an artificial intelligence (AI) decoding apparatus includes: a memory storing one or more instructions; and a processor configured to execute the one or more instructions stored in the memory, the processor is configured to: obtain AI data related to AI down-scaling an original image to a first image; obtain image data corresponding to an encoding result on the first image; obtain a second image corresponding to the first image by performing a decoding on the image data; obtain deep neural network (DNN) setting information among a plurality of DNN setting information from the AI data; and obtain, by an up-scaling DNN, a third image by performing the AI up-scaling on the second image, the up-scaling DNN being configured with the obtained DNN setting information, wherein the plurality of DNN setting information comprises a parameter used in the up-scaling DNN, the parameter being obtained through joint training of the up-scaling DNN and a down-scaling DNN, and wherein the down-scaling DNN is used to obtain the first image from the original image.

    Abstract: A mobile device based on an Android™ operating system configure to reduce the size of downloaded Android™ application packages. The mobile device comprises a storage device configured to store data, transceiver circuitry for downloading an Android™ application package, and a package manager. The package manager analyzes resources in the downloaded Android™ application package; identifies unnecessary resources that are not suitable for use by the mobile device; deletes the unnecessary resources; generates from the remaining resources an optimized Android™ application package having a smaller size than the downloaded Android™ application package; and stores the optimized Android™ application package in the storage device under the same name as the downloaded Android™ application package. The package manager also identifies an original security certificate in the downloaded Android™ application package; and generates from the optimized Android™ application package a new security certificate. The package manager uses the original security certificate and the new security certificate to download an updated version of the Android™ application package.

    Abstract: A method of providing a social presence service in a mobile device. The method comprises: i) detecting in the mobile device a change in a calendar event associated with a first user; ii) in response to detecting the calendar event change, modifying in the mobile device social presence information associated with the first user; and iii) publishing the modified social presence information to a social presence server for subsequent sharing with a second user who has subscribed to the social presence information of the first user. The method further comprises: iv) synchronizing the changed calendar event to a calendar server that provides a calendar service to the first user. Detecting the change in the calendar event is performed by an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) service in the mobile device.
