Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor device is provided. The method includes: loading a substrate into a substrate processing apparatus; and processing the substrate, using the substrate processing apparatus. The processing the substrate includes: providing a process gas; generating a process etchant from the process gas, using plasma ignition, the process etchant including a first etchant and a second etchant; processing the substrate, using the process etchant; identifying a composition rate of the process etchant; and controlling the processing of the substrate based on a process result according to the composition rate of the process etchant.

Abstract: A display module and a display apparatus having the display module are provided. The display module includes a light guide plate which turns a path of generated light and emits the light through an emitting surface, a quantum dot (QD) sheet provided to correspond to the emitting surface to improve color reproducibility of the light emitted from the light guide plate, and at least one guide member which is fixed inside of a chassis and supports the light guide plate and the QD sheet. Using such a configuration, the color reproducibility of the display module may be improved, and the light guide plate and the QD sheet may be fixed together.

Abstract: Disclosed is a substrate polishing method comprising placing a substrate into a substrate polishing apparatus, rotating each of the substrate and a polishing pad of the substrate polishing apparatus, allowing a bottom surface of the substrate to contact a top surface of the polishing pad, and determining whether the polishing pad would benefit from maintenance. The polishing pad includes a plurality of annular regions that are homocentric with a central point of the top surface of the polishing pad. The step of determining whether the polishing pad would benefit from maintenance includes ascertaining a state of the bottom surface of the substrate, and selecting one of the plurality of annular regions by using information about the state of the bottom surface of the substrate.
