    摘要: The present invention relates to a composition for forming a conjugated polymer pattern and a pattern formation process. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for forming a pattern of conjugated polymer, comprising a precursor polymer of a certain structure and a photobase generator, and a process of forming a pattern using the same. In accordance with the present invention, not only can a pattern of the conjugated polymer be formed with ease, but the pattern produced thereby can be used advantageously in organo-electric devices, for example, a memory device, a sensor, a solar cell, a storage battery, organic EL, and so forth. Also, when being used in an organic EL device, it shows not only a higher EL efficiency but a lower threshold voltage.

    摘要: Provided is an active piezoelectric energy harvester, which can control a direct current voltage applied to an embedded variable capacitance layer to precisely adjust a resonance frequency in real time, and thus achieve a simpler structure and a smaller size compared to a conventional one that adjusts the resonance frequency using a separate variable capacitor provided outside. Further, the active piezoelectric energy harvester can precisely adjust the resonance frequency even when the frequency of vibration varies over time as in a real natural vibration environment or when it is degraded to undergo a variation in its own resonance frequency, and thus can continuously maintain optimal energy conversion characteristics.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are a method for pre-doping an anode and a lithium ion capacitor storage device including the same. The method of the present invention includes: disposing lithium metal films and anodes alternately; and charging the lithium metal films and the anodes to directly pre-dope lithium metal contained in the lithium metal films onto the anodes. The lithium ion capacitor storage device is manufactured by the method. According to the present invention, the lithium ion capacitor storage device including the anode can provide a high-capacitance capacitor capable of operating even at a high voltage range of up to 3.8V to 2.0V, and ensure high reliability even in a high-temperature (60° C.) cycle.

    摘要: Disclosed are a method for forming an organic layer pattern which is characterized by forming a thin layer by coating a coating solution including a polyimide-based polymer having a heteroaromatic pendant group including a heteroatom in its polyimide major chain, a photoinitiator and a crosslinking agent on a substrate and drying the substrate, and exposing and developing the thin layer, an organic layer pattern prepared by the method, and an organic memory device comprising the pattern. According to example embodiments, a high-resolution micropattern may be formed without undergoing any expensive process, e.g., photoresist, leading to simplification of the preparation process and cost reduction.
