    摘要: The present invention relates to a device comprising an elongate resonator beam extending between first and second ends. A base is connected to the resonator beam at the first end with the second end extending from the base as a structural layer. The elongate resonator beam comprises either: (1) a first oxide layer on a first piezoelectric stack layer over a structural layer on a second oxide layer over a second piezoelectric stack layer on a third oxide layer or (2) a first oxide layer on a first piezoelectric stack layer over a second oxide layer on a structural layer over a third oxide layer on a second piezoelectric stack over a fourth oxide layer. Also disclosed is a system comprising an apparatus and the device, as well as methods of making and using the device.

    摘要: A piezoelectric resonator including a base part, a first support part fixed to the base part, a beam part fixed to the first support part, a weight part fixed to the beam part, a drive unit provided on the beam part, and an adjusting magnet movable on a main surface of the base part. Furthermore, the weight part is formed of a magnet or a magnetic body, and the beam part extends in a direction along the main surface of the base part. With this configuration, displacement of the resonance frequency generated due to variation in a manufacturing process can be adjusted easily. Even when the resonance frequency is displaced from desired resonance frequency due to variation in the manufacturing process of a power generating element, the displacement can be easily adjusted and maximum efficiency can be obtained.

    摘要: A piezoelectric transducer for harvesting ambient vibration energy is made up of a curved substructure beam, two half-tube piezoelectric elements and a mass block. One end of the beam is fixed on a vibration base and the other end is attached with the mass block. Two half-tube piezoelectric elements are affixed on the surface of the curved substructure beam. The present invention has a high energy transformation efficiency and a low resonance frequency. It can be applied in implantable devices, wearable electronics and wireless sensor networks.

    摘要: An energy harvester device located into an in-ear device and harvesting energy from dynamic motion of the wall of the outer ear canal receiving the in-ear device therein, with an external sheath of the in-ear device generally assuming the contour of the ear canal wall. The energy harvester device has an energy harvesting module mounting on an inner portion of the in-ear device adjacent the external sheath, and is at least partially elastically deformable under a displacement of the ear canal wall to generate energy corresponding to the displacement of the wall. An energy storage module mounts onto the in-ear device and connects to the energy harvesting module to receive energy there from and supplying the stored energy to an electronic device of the in-ear device. The in-ear device having the energy harvester device therein is also part of the present invention.
