摘要： The present invention relates to a duty cycle correction circuit of a DLL circuit. According to the present invention, in an APDM, a voltage comparator of a duty cycle correction circuit operates without being reset. Therefore, although an internal power supply voltage is instantly changed in the APDM, the duty cycle of a DLL clock can be accurately set to 50%.

A method of manufacturing the electrode and a solar cell comprising the electrode are also described. The electrode has increased surface roughness and a shortened charge transport pathway and, therefore, reduced charge transport resistance. Thus, when the electrode is used in a solar cell, it can improve the efficiency of the solar cell.

摘要： A flash memory device has a resistivity measurement pattern and method of forming the same. A trench is formed in an isolation film in a Self-Aligned Floating Gate (SAFG) scheme. The trench is buried to form a resistivity measurement floating gate. This allows the resistivity of the floating gate to be measured even in the SAFG scheme. Contacts for resistivity measurement are directly connected to the resistivity measurement floating gate. Therefore, variation in resistivity measurement values, which is incurred by the parasitic interface, can be reduced.
