    摘要: In an electronic control unit, a chassis is provided with a plate portion, and a circuit board is secured to a board-side attaching surface of the plate portion with a predetermined space secured relative to the plate portion. The chassis is further provided with a side wall protruding from the circumferential portion of the other surface of the plate portion and is mounted on a surface of a housing incorporating a device therein, with an end surface of the side wall being seated on the surface of the housing. A bus bar is fixed at a fixing portion thereof to the board-side attaching surface between the plate portion and the circuit board and is connected to a terminal of the device which is taken out from the housing. The bus bar is provided at plural free ends thereof with branch portions at which lead portions extend to be joined at end portions thereof to the circuit board. Elastic portions for reducing stresses which are developed at juncture portions of the lead portions to the circuit board as the temperature changes are formed between the base portion and the branch portions alongside the board-side attaching surface.

    摘要: In an electronic control unit, a chassis is provided with a plate portion, and a circuit board is secured to a board-side attaching surface of the plate portion with a predetermined space secured relative to the plate portion.     摘要: An electronic control unit case is disclosed, wherein a coil is provided on the top surface of a block housing control equipment for operating the same. The case protrudes a sidewall from the circumferential part of a plate portion thereof in which a bus bar is embeded and is secured onto the block with the sidewall resting at its end surface on the block while covering the coil. An electronic control unit is attached to the back surface of the plate portion, a through hole is formed in the plate portion in correspondence to the coil, and a terminal of the coil and a terminal portion of the bus bar are joined to each other in the through hole. In a plane which is parallel to the axis of the coil as well as to a plane in which a portion embeded in the plate portion of the bus bar extends, the terminal portion of the bus bar is bent twice or the terminal portion of the bus bar and the coil terminal are bent both once so that a point where the terminal portion of the bus bar and the coil terminal are joined to each other is offset from the portion embeded in the plate portion of the bus bar in a direction parallel to the coil axis or is further offset from a root portion of the coil terminal in the same direction as the portion embeded in the plate portion of the bus bar extends. Further, the through hole is formed to extend math a thin width in the same direction as said portion embeded in said plate portion of said bus bar extends.

    摘要: An electronic control unit case is disclosed, wherein a coil is provided on the top surface of a block housing control equipment for operating the same.     摘要: The invention is directed to an electromagnetic valve unit, which includes a housing for defining therein a first chamber and a second chamber separated by a wall member having at least a communication hole, and a plurality of electromagnetic valves each having at least a terminal. At least a part of each electromagnetic valve is mounted in the first chamber. A circuit board for mounting thereon an electronic control element for controlling the electromagnetic valves is mounted in the second chamber. The valve unit further includes a conductive member, one end portion of which is connected with each terminal of the electromagnetic valves, and the other end portion of which is connected with the circuit board through the communication hole of the wall member. And, a seal member such as a resilient grommet is provided for holding the conductive member in the communication hole of the wall member to provide a seal therebetween. Each of the electromagnetic valves may be provided with a valve portion and a solenoid coil portion which is separable from the valve portion and which has the terminal connected with the conductive member.

    摘要: A vehicle brake hydraulic pressure controller includes a housing, a plurality of hydraulic pressure control valves mounted in the housing, and an electronic control unit for controlling the hydraulic pressure control valves. The electronic control unit includes a casing and a circuit board mounted in the casing so as to oppose the hydraulic pressure control valves. The circuit board carries a control circuit for controlling the hydraulic pressure control valves. The respective hydraulic pressure control valves are connected to the control circuit through bus bars embedded in a partitioning wall provided between the casing and the housing. The bus bars extend substantially along, while being spaced apart from, the surface of the circuit board facing the hydraulic pressure control valves so as to be connected to the control circuit at a plurality points in a limited, concentrated area of the circuit board near the peripheral area of the circuit board.
