    摘要: To provide a surface protective sheet having superior anti-ultraviolet property and exhibiting little yellow tint.The surface protective sheet of the present invention has an anti-ultraviolet layer on at least one surface of a plastic film, and the anti-ultraviolet layer comprises an ultraviolet absorber, an ionizing radiation curable resin composition, and spherical microparticles having a mean particle diameter of 1 to 20 μm, and the microparticles are contained in an amount of 0.4 to 3% by weight in the anti-ultraviolet layer. The anti-ultraviolet layer preferably contains 0.01 to 1% by weight of organopolysiloxane.

A capacitor stores DC power therein and discharges the stored DC power to the load. A control unit is adapted to control the power supply part and the capacitor so that the DC power stored in the capacitor is supplied to the load during a predetermined period after power-up of the image forming device or return from a low-power mode occurs.

    摘要: There is provided an anti-Newton ring sheet having an excellent anti-sparkle property, which can prevent the generation of sparkles when it is used in a touch panel using a high-definition color display, and a touch panel using this anti-Newton ring sheet.The anti-Newton ring sheet 1 of the present invention has an anti-Newton ring layer 3 comprising ionizing radiation curable organic-inorganic hybrid resin (binder component 32) and fine particles 31 on one surface of a transparent substrate 2, and preferably the mean diameter and the coefficient of variation of the diameter of the particle 31 is not less than 0.5 μm and not more than 3.0 μm and not less than 20% and not more than 80%, respectively, and the thickness of the anti-Newton ring layer 3 is preferably not less than 0.2 μm and not more than 3.5 μm.

    摘要: In a transparent hard coat film, in which a transparent hard coat layer is formed on at least one surface of a transparent polymer film, the transparent hard coat layer is composed of at least an ionizing radiation curable organic-inorganic hybrid hard-coat agent and inorganic particles having a mean particle diameter of 1-10 μm. The organic-inorganic hybrid hard-coat agent preferably contains reactive silica. Such a transparent hard coat film of the present invention has well-balanced anti-glare effect and resolution and yet has hardness that is typically expressed as surface hardness.
