    摘要: A substrate carrier is used for carrying a plurality of back electrode substrates into a furnace. Each back electrode substrate has a precursor layer formed thereon. The furnace is used for providing a process gas to react with the precursor layer, so as to form a photoelectric transducing layer on each back electrode substrate. The substrate carrier includes a heat-resistant metal frame and a first protective layer. The heat-resistant metal frame has a plurality of slots for supporting the plurality of back electrode substrates. The first protective layer is formed on the heat-resistant metal frame for preventing a chemical reaction of the heat-resistant metal frame with the process gas.

    摘要: A chemical bath deposition system is used for forming a buffer layer and a ZnO window layer on a back electrode substrate having a photoelectric transducing layer. The chemical bath deposition system includes a first bath tank and a second bath tank. The first bath tank is used for storing a buffer-layer solution. The buffer-layer solution forms the buffer layer on the photoelectric transducing layer when the back electrode substrate is immersed in the buffer-layer solution. The second bath tank is for storing a window-layer solution. The window-layer solution forms the ZnO window layer on the buffer layer when the back electrode substrate is immersed in the window-layer solution. The first bath tank and the second bath tank are in an in-line arrangement.

The control unit corrects a scribing program based on the correction signal. The drive unit generates the above-described drive signal based on the scribing program. A self-correction method of a laser scribing process comprises the steps of: setting a scribing program on a laser scriber; fixing a solar panel to the laser scriber and performing a position calibration procedure; scribing a pattern on the solar panel via the laser scriber based on the scribing program; examining whether the pattern corresponds to a specification or not; and if no, automatically generating a patch program to replace the scribing program.

    摘要: A rapid thermal processing system includes a rapid thermal processing furnace, a back electrode substrate, and a cover. The rapid thermal processing furnace includes a reaction chamber and a heating device. The heating device is capable of generating heat energy. The back electrode substrate is adapted to dispose in the reaction chamber and has a precursor layer and a selenium layer formed on the precursor layer. The cover is disposed at a position corresponding to the selenium layer on the back electrode substrate and has a sulfur in solid form formed thereon, so as to make the sulfur in solid form opposite to the selenium layer. After the sulfur in solid form absorbs the heat energy generated by the heating device, the sulfur in solid form reacts with the selenium layer and the precursor layer to form a photoelectric transducing layer.
