    摘要: A cooling unit which contains refrigerant for exchanging heat with an object member of cooling includes a refrigerant passage and cooling means. The refrigerant passage allows the refrigerant to circulate therethrough. The cooling means communicates with the refrigerant passage for supplying the refrigerant passage with the refrigerant. The cooling means includes a refrigeration circuit, a compressor, a condenser, decompression means, an evaporator, a refrigerant supply path, a refrigerant return path, refrigerant control means and first pressure control means. The refrigerant control means has an on mode which allows the refrigerant to circulate through the refrigerant passage at a flow rate which enables the refrigerant to maintain gas-liquid two-phase flow by allowing the condenser to communicate with the refrigerant passage, and an off mode which prevents the refrigerant from circulating through the refrigerant passage by preventing the condenser from communicating with the refrigerant passage.

    摘要: A fluid pump includes a housing, a drive source, a rotary unit and a pumping mechanism. The drive source is accommodated in the housing and includes a rotary member for rotation. The rotary unit includes the rotary member and a rotary shaft, which is operatively connected to the rotary member for rotation. The rotary unit forming an engaging portion for engaging with a maintenance tool which is prepared outside the housing. The pumping mechanism is placed in the housing and is operated in accordance with the rotation of the rotary shaft. An allowing means is formed in the housing for allowing the maintenance tool to engage with the engaging portion so as to face the engaging portion. The rotary shaft is rotated by rotating the maintenance tool in a state that the maintenance tool is engaged with the engaged portion.

    摘要: A roots pump has a housing, a plurality of rotary shafts, a rotor, a confluent passage and a closed space. The housing forms therein a pump chamber. The rotary shafts are supported on the housing in parallel relation to each other. The rotor is mounted on each of the rotary shafts, and the rotors on any adjacent rotary shafts are in engagement with each other. A set of the engaged rotors is accommodated in the pump chamber. The confluent passage is formed along one crossing line of paired imaginary swept peripheral surfaces in one-to-one correspondence with the paired and engaged rotors. The closed space is formed in one-to-one correspondence with each of the paired rotors between the paired rotors and paired peripheral wall surfaces which form the pump chamber. The closed space initially joins the confluent passage from a terminal end thereof with rotation of the paired rotors.

    摘要: A diaphragm unit includes a diaphragm and a diaphragm case. The diaphragm has a center point and an outer peripheral portion. The diaphragm case includes a fixing surface and a regulating surface. The fixing surface supports the diaphragm at the outer peripheral portion thereof, thereby defining a fluid chamber in the diaphragm case. The regulating surface forms an inner surface of the fluid chamber, thereby providing a limit of deformation of the diaphragm. The regulating surface has a convex surface region and a concave surface region. The convex surface region is formed continuously with the fixing surface for supporting the diaphragm at a portion thereof adjacent to the outer peripheral portion. The concave surface region is formed continuously with the convex surface region for supporting the diaphragm at a portion thereof adjacent to the center point. Curvatures of the convex and concave surface regions are the same.
