    摘要: A high voltage reception terminal is formed in a semiconductor integrated circuit without increasing the number of manufacturing processes and the manufacturing cost. A transfer gate configured from a NMOS, which is the high withstand voltage transistor, and a pull-up resistor are formed. An input terminal of the transfer gate is connected to the high voltage reception terminal and an output terminal of the transfer gate is connected to a CMOS inverter through an input resistor. One end of the pull-up resistor is connected to the output terminal of the transfer gate and the other end of the pull-up resistor receives source voltage VDD (5V). The transfer gate lowers the inputted high voltage VX (VX>VDD) to VDD-Vt1′. The pull-up resistor biases the voltage at the output terminal of the transfer gate to VDD and boosts the voltage at the output terminal that has been lowered by the transfer gate to about VDD.

In the case that the radiation sensitive resin composition comprises at least both a resin and a photosensitive material, such as an alkali-soluble novolak resin and a quinonediazide compound, the fluorescent material is used in an amount of 0.0001 to 1.0 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the photosensitive material. In the case that the radiation sensitive resin composition comprises at least both a resin and a photoacid generator, such as a positive-working or negative-working chemically amplified resist, the fluorescent material is used in an amount of 1.0 to 30.0 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the photoacid generator. The fluorescent material to be used is an organic fluorescent material such as a naphthalene, an anthracene, a phenanthrene, a pyrene, a perylene, a fluorene, a carbazole, a biphenyl, a p-terphenyl, a p-quaterphenyl, an indole, an acridine, a naphthacene, a rublene, a chrysene, or the like.

    摘要: A mobile radio facsimile machine mounted on an automobile is powered by a battery of the automobile. The facsimile machine has a receiving unit for receiving data transmitted from a transmitter at a remote station, a memory for storing the received data and a recording unit for recording the received data. The facsimile machine also includes a first switch which allows power to be supplied from the battery to the receiving unit when turned on so that the receiving unit is set in an automatic reception mode. The facsimile machine also includes a second switch which allows power to be supplied from the battery to the recording unit when turned on. In one embodiment, both of the first and second switches are manually operable. Thus, only the first switch is turned on when the facsimile machine is left unattended to receive data automatically with only a small amount of power consumption. When the second switch is turned on, power is also supplied to the recording unit which normally requires a relatively large amount of power consumption. However, the engine of the automobile may also be started to run at the same time when the second switch is turned on so that the battery is prevented from loosing too much power.

    摘要: An elementary digital filter comprising an arithmetic logic unit with associated registers and timing circuits, simulates a current and a voltage in a corresponding elementary analog filter. The frequency response character of this elementary digital filter is changed when a coefficient used in the simulation or the sampling period used as the data renovation cycle of the simulation is changed. A digital filter circuit is composed of such an elementary digital filter or a combination of such elementary digital filters. A time function is passed through this composed digital filter circuit, and the output of the digital filter circuit is converted to an analog voltage to produce a musical tone. The tone quality of the produced musical tone is determined by the original waveform of the time function and the frequency response character of the composed digital filter circuit.
