    摘要: The present invention provides a TWIP steel sheet that has an austenite matrix structure and includes 15-25 wt % of manganese. The TWIP steel sheet has a recrystallization texture in which brass orientation is suppressed and {3 5 2} is developed as its main orientation during heat treatment subsequent to cold rolling, and has an average plastic strain ratio of 1.2 or more, preferably 1.5 or more. Since this TWIP steel sheet has high workability and strength, complicated vehicle body components can be easily manufactured through a press molding process without cracking or rupturing.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for screening a sol composition for sol-gel biochips, which is used to immobilize a probe on a surface-untreated substrate, also relates to a sol composition screened by said method and a sol-gel biochip comprising said sol composition immobilized thereon. The sol composition screened by the disclosed method can be mixed with a probe, and the sol mixture can be integrated on 96-well plates, which are widely used in existing bioassays, without surface treatment. Also, the biochip can provide a sensitive and specific good analysis results because this immobilization methods of probe maintain the nature of probes without modification.

In addition, the detection method of the present invention is a direct and simple method and is highly cost-effective, because it uses the aptamer which can be consistently reproduced and can be produced at low costs. Also, the nucleic acid aptamer can specifically detect only bisphenol A without showing affinity for other bisphenols, including bisphenol B having no difference from bisphenol A except for a single methyl group. Accordingly, the nucleic acid aptamer is effective in detecting and removing the environmental hormone bisphenol A which is difficult to detect by conventional methods.

A multiplex microfluidic device according to the present invention can simultaneously detect aptamers for a plurality of targets, and it can greatly increase the screening throughput and greatly shorten the process time compared to conventional multiplex techniques. Particularly, when a process for selecting aptamers is performed using the device of the invention together with a high-throughput sequencing method, the number of target binding/elution/amplification rounds can be greatly reduced, and the process can be performed in an automated manner.
