摘要: The present inventions provide respiratory therapy apparatus that introduce water into the pressurized air delivered to a user during various positive airway pressure therapies and corresponding methods. The respiratory therapy apparatus may be configured to administer one or more positive airway pressure therapies, including: continuous positive airway pressure therapy (CPAP), bi-level positive airway pressure therapy (BPAP), auto positive airway pressure therapy (autoPAP), proportional positive airway pressure therapy (PPAP), and/or other positive airway pressure therapies. The respiratory therapy apparatus may include a user interface that defines an interface passage to communicate pressurized air to the user for inhalation and a humidifier that introduces water into the pressurized air generally at the interface passage. Methods according to the present inventions may include introducing water into the interface passage at one or more humidifier ports disposed about the interface passage.

摘要: In one embodiment, a method of connecting to a client computing device is provided. The method is performed at a computing device, and in this method a connection is made to the client computing device. An inventory of the client computing device is then accessed. This inventory is stored in a storage device accessible by way of a computer network. Here, the storage device is separate from the client computing device and the computing device. A connection failure between the computing device and the client computing device is detected and thereafter, the inventory from the storage device is retrieved by way of the computer network. A reconnection to the client computing device can then be made based on the retrieved inventory.

摘要: Elements of the geometry of the image of a webpage as rendered on at least one target browser are compared with elements of a baseline geometry of the webpage to determine the differences between elements of the baseline geometry of the webpage and elements of the respective geometries of the image of the webpage as rendered on the at least one target browser. The elements of the image may be determined by a software tool for determining elements of a document geometry, such as a DOM geometry service. Code such as JavaScript may be injected into the webpage for use in determining the elements of the geometry of the image of the webpage. A list of issues that web developers face may be generated and the above differences between respective elements may allow arriving at a solution for at least some of the issues in order to provide testing of webpage information in real time.

摘要: A split-night sleep diagnostic system is provided for diagnosing and treating sleep apnea in a single night. The diagnostic system includes a blower, a respiratory interface and a conduit connected between the blower and the respiratory interface. Also included is a valve disposed along the conduit. The valve includes an aperture formed in the conduit between the blower and the respiratory interface, and a valve member movable between a first position partially occluding the conduit so that air flows through the aperture and a second position blocking the aperture so that continuous positive airway pressure is provided to a patient. Both diagnosis and titration can be performed using a single system at a single location over the course of a single night.

摘要: A plurality of flow sensors are fabricated on a single substrate. The substrate is laid out to provide the proper physical relationship of the individual sensors. The resulting multiple sensor structure may be effectively used as a respiration detector by positioning a different sensor element at each of the airflow orifices (i.e., two nostrils and mouth) of a patient. In the preferred embodiment, the sensors are thermoresistive elements, which are screened on the substrate using conductive ink. The change in temperature of the air flow in relation to the ambient at each orifice provides an indication of the flow and may be used to determine the extent of the flow. The substrate is packaged in a single piece adhesive strip which provides ease of proper attachment by the patient.
