    摘要: Mixed oxide powder containing indium and tin, with a proportion of indium oxide of between 90 and 98 wt. % and a BET surface area of 40 to 120 m2/g, which is in the form of aggregates having an average circumference of less than 500 nm, consists of at least 95% of an indium oxide phase and displays an oxygen content that is lower than the content that theoretically results from In2O3 and SnO2. It is produced by mixing a solution of an indium compound with a solution of a tin compound, atomising this mixture of solutions, pyrolysing the atomised mixture of solutions in a first zone of a reactor and in a second zone of the reactor, following pyrolysis, adding reducing gases to the pyrolysed mixture at one or more points in a quantity such that overall a reducing atmosphere is established in this second zone, and separating the resulting solid from the waste gases in a further, third zone, in which a reducing atmosphere likewise still prevails. It can be used for the production of transparent, electroconductive paints and coatings.

    摘要: A coated sheet-like plastics material comprising a) as base, a thermoplastic substrate; and b) on the base, a photocatalytically active coating comprising a water-spreading layer which involves either a sol-adhesion-promoter layer, layer b1+2), comprising an adhesion promoter and a colloid sol, or a colloid-sol layer b2) arranged on an adhesion-promoter layer b1) applied on the substrate a), and a photocatalytically active layer b3) arranged on the water-spreading layer b1+2) or b2), where b3) is obtainable through application and drying of a mixture comprising, based on the solids content of the mixture in percent by weight b31) from 1 to 25% of titanium dioxide and b32) from 75 to 99% of silicon dioxide and/or of a metal oxide which is not soluble in water or of an anionically modified silicon dioxide or metal oxide; where the titanium dioxide is particulate with an average primary-particle size smaller than 10 nm. In-line process for producing said material, and also use as roofing material or as glazing material, preferably in areas with moist conditions. The coated sheet-like plastics material of the invention combines water-spreading properties with photocatalytic activity, without any damage to the thermoplastic substrates. The coated sheet-like plastics substrate of the invention is produced in a relatively uncomplicated, inexpensive and fast in-line process and, in use, provides impressive substrate stability and impressive effectiveness of the coating in resisting initial algal growth.

    摘要: The invention relates to coating agents having an antigraffiti effect. Said coating agents can be obtained according to a method consisting in condensing the organic silicon compounds of general formula (I): R1nSIX4-n, wherein R1 represents a group comprising 1-20 carbon atoms, X represents an alkoxy radical having 1-20 carbon atoms or halogen and n represents an even number between 0-3. The different radicals X or R1 can be identical or different and/or the precondensates can be obtained from said components. At least 50 wt. % of the silicon compounds, in relation to the total weight of the used silicon compounds, is represented by the formula R1SiX3, wherein R1 and X have the above-cited meaning, in order to form polysiloxanes until the ratio of signals R1SiO(OH) and signals R1SiO1,5 measured by NMR-spectroscopy ranges from 0.6-4, and by adding compounds of formula (II) (R″)uSi(R′)t(OR)(4-t-u) to said polysiloxane mixture, wherein R represents a group comprising 1-20 carbon atoms having at least 3 fluoro atoms. U is 1 or 2 and t is 0 or 1, R and R′ are identical or different and represent a group comprising 1-20 carbon atoms. The also relates to plastic bodies which have coating which can be obtained by means of the coating agents.
