    摘要: A water based coating composition containing 2-40 wt% resin, 0.015-30 wt% mixed solution including a filler modified by Si coinpound/surfactant/polymer and 0.05-10 wt% additives can be used for the production of an optical-usc polyester film. The described resin contains about: a. 20-50 wt, based on the weight of the coated layer, of composition A which is polyester resin; b. 10-40 wt%, based on the weight of the coated layer, of composition B which is alkylated melamine formaldehyde crosslinking resin; c. 20-80 wt%, based on the weight of the coated layer, of composition C which is acrylic resin. The coated polyester film has some superior properties such as high transparency, low haze value, good adhesion and anti-blocking property. It is suitable for optical applications such as a base film of the brightness enhance film or a base film for the light diffusing plate in a LCD.

    摘要: A resin composition includes brominated epoxy resin of 20-70 wt %, a hardener of 1-10 wt %, a promoter of 0.1-10 wt %, inorganic powder of 0-20 wt %, high thermal conductivity powder of 5-85 wt % and a processing aid of 0-10 wt %. The resin composition possesses high glass transition temperature, high thermal conductivity, and excellent heat resistance as well as flame retardancy. The resin composition, which acts as a dielectric layer of a printed circuit board so as to endow the PCB with high thermal conductivity, is a high thermal conductivity prepreg formed by retting or a high thermal conductivity coating formed by coating. As a result, prompt dissipation of heat generated by electronic components on the PCB is achievable so that service life and stability of the electronic components are improved.

    摘要: A LED device with high heat dissipation capability has heat dissipating package formed by transparent epoxy and heat dissipating packing epoxy which is a mixture of heat dissipating particles and packing epoxy; during packing process the upper light emitting portion of the LED device is firstly packed with transparent packing epoxy which will not influence the illumination function of the LED device, and then the lower heat dissipating portion of the LED device is packed with heat dissipating packing epoxy through which the heat generated by the LED device may be dissipated to the ambient air when the LED device is lit by high electric current, so that the LED device of this invention may greatly improve the heat accumulation problem and increase light emission efficiency when it is lit; and, since the manufacturing method disclosed in the invention is suitable for the production of the frame type LED device, the process and equipment for producing the conventional frame type LED device could be directly employed for mass production of the high heat dissipation LED device of the invention without further modification.

    摘要: A method for producing white light emission by means of secondary light excitation comprising the application of a light source such as Light Emitting diode (LED) or Laser Diode (LD) which may generate ultra violet light or violet light, with wavelength between 360˜420 nm, to excite blue phosphor to produce the broadband first exciting light spectrum having blue light as the main wave crest; the first exciting light in turn excites the yellow phosphor having lower energy level to produce the broadband secondary exciting light having yellow light as the main wave crest; the amount of the two phosphors are adjusted to some specific ratio so that the first exciting light spectrum and the secondary exciting light spectrum emitted by the phosphors enable the light-blend and complementary effect to produce a complete white light spectrum; Besides, red phosphor or green phosphor which may be excited by ultra violet or violet light may be added to adjust the color rendering effect and color temperature of the white light produced by this method and obtain other kinds of light source of different color.
