    Abstract: An inductor element includes a wire-winding portion and a core portion. In the wire-winding portion, a conductor is wound in a coil shape. The core portion surrounds the wire-winding portion and contains a magnetic powder and a resin. An inner-core central region is a region of the core portion within a distance from a winding axis center of the wire-winding portion toward an existing region of the wire-winding portion in an outward direction perpendicular to the winding axis center. A top-plate central region is a region of the core portion within a distance from the winding axis center toward a no-existing region of the wire-winding portion in the outward direction. Sα−Sβ≥−2% is satisfied, where Sα (%) and sβ (%) are respectively an area ratio of the magnetic powder in the inner-core central region and the top-plate central region.

    Abstract: An analysis method of a composition network topology structure includes obtaining a three-dimensional body for analysis capable of being used for three-dimensional measurement of a concentration distribution of a specific element contained in a sample within a predetermined measurement range. The three-dimensional body for analysis is divided into unit grids composed of a plurality of finer three-dimensional bodies. An amount of the specific element contained in each of the unit grids is obtained. Maximum-point grids respectively having a largest amount of the specific element among adjacent unit grids are obtained. The composition network topology structure of the specific element owned by the sample is quantified in relation to the maximum-point grids contained in the three-dimensional body for analysis.

    Abstract: A soft magnetic alloy is composed of a Fe-based nanocrystal and an amorphous phase. In the soft magnetic alloy, S2-S1>0 is satisfied, where S1 (at %) denotes an average content rate of Si in the Fe-based nanocrystal and S2 (at %) denotes an average content rate of Si in the amorphous phase. In addition, the soft magnetic alloy has a composition formula of ((Fe(1−(α+β))X1αX2β)(1−(a+b+c+d+e+f))MaBbSicPdCreCuf)1−gCg. X1 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Co and Ni, X2 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Bi, N, O, S and a rare earth element, and M is one or more selected from the group consisting of Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Ti, Mo, V and W. In the composition formula, a to g, α and β are in specific ranges.
