    Abstract: A packaging material for a power storage device, comprising at least: a substrate layer; a metallic foil layer with an anti-corrosion treatment layer being disposed on one face or both faces thereof; and a sealant layer in this order, wherein a sealant layer includes a resin layer containing a polypropylene-based resin (A) and an incompatible component (B) incompatible with a polypropylene-based resin (A), and as for loss tangent tan δ obtained by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement at a frequency of 1.0 Hz, the sealant layer has a maximal value of tan δ at −30 to 30° C., and in addition, a ratio (II/I) of the maximal value (II) of tan δ at −30 to 30° C. to a value (I) of tan δ at −50° C. is 2.50 or more.

    Abstract: A packaging material for a power storage device, comprising at least: a substrate layer; a metallic foil layer with an anti-corrosion treatment layer being disposed on one face or both faces thereof; and a sealant layer in this order, wherein the sealant layer includes a polypropylene-based resin (A) and 1 to 40% by mass of incompatible component (B), and maximum seal strength SM in an adhered portion resulting from adhesion by heat-sealing the packaging material is 35 N/15 mm or more, and in addition, the packaging material for a power storage device satisfies the following requirements (1) or (2): (1) a ratio SS/SM of seal strength SS to maximum seal strength SM in a stable range is 0.3 or more; (2) a ratio SA/SM of average seal strength SA to maximum seal strength SM is 0.3 or more.

    Abstract: A lithium battery packaging material is provided with a laminate formed by sequentially laminating an adhesive layer, an aluminum foil layer provided with a corrosion prevention treatment layer on at least one surface thereof, an adhesive resin layer and a sealant layer on one surface of a substrate layer. The adhesive resin layer contains an adhesive resin composition, and a polypropylene or propylene-α-olefin copolymer having an atactic structure.
