    摘要: A cationic electrodeposition coating composition for forming a multilayer film, said composition comprising(A) an epoxy-type cationic electrodepositable resin which is an addition-reaction product formed between an epoxy resin and a basic amino compound, having a surface tension of 40 to 60 dynes/cm and being capable of forming a cathodically depositable aqueous bath by neutralization with an acid,(B) a non-ionic, non-selfcurable, film-forming resin having a surface tension of 25 to 45 dynes/cm, and(C) a blocked polyisocyanate compound as a curing agent,the weight ratio of resin (A) to resin (B) being from 60:40 to 98:2, and the surface tension of resin (A) being at least 5 dynes/cm higher than that of resin (B), and resin (A), resin (B) and the polyisocyanate compound (C) having substantially no ethylenically double bond.

    摘要: A cationically electrodepositable finely divided gelled polymer obtained by emulsion-polymerizing, in the presence of a water-soluble or water-dispersible cationic resin, a monomer component (A) comprising(a) a polymerizable unsaturated vinylsilane monomer having a vinylic double bond and a hydrolyzable akloxysilane group,(b) a polymerizable monomer having at least two radically polymerizable unsaturated groups in the molecule,(c) a polymerizable unsaturated monomer having a vinylic double bond and a hydroxyl group, and(d) other polymerizable unsaturated monomer, and a cationically electrodepositable finely divided gelled polymer obtained by emulsion-polymerizing, in the presence of the above finely divided gelled polymer, a monomer component (B) comprising(e) a blocked mono- or polyisocyanate in which the at least one isocyanate group in the molecule is blocked with a radically polymerizable monohydroxy compound,(f) a polymerizable unsaturated monomer having a vinylic double bond and a hydroxyl group, and(g) other polymerizable unsaturated monomer, said cationically electrodepositable finely divided gelled polymer having a core-sheath structure consisting of a core of the polymerization product of the monomer component (A) and a sheath of the polymerization product of the monomer component (B).

    摘要: A coating method, which comprises(i) applying to a substrate a multilayer film-forming cationic electrodeposition paint composed of(A) a cationic electrodepositable epoxy resin having a surface tension of 40 to 60 dynes/cm and being able to form a cathodically electrodepositable aqueous bath by neutralization with an acid, and(B) a nonionic film-forming resin having a surface tension of 25 to 45 dynes/cm, the weight ratio of resin (A) to resin (B) being from 60:40 to 98:2 and the surface tension of resin (A) being greater than that of resin (B), and curing the coated film by heating,(ii) applying a water-base or organic solvent-base colored paint as a first top coat, and(iii) applying as a second top coat a powder paint capable of forming a transparent film which may be colored.

    摘要: A resin composition for cationically electrodepositable paint comprising, as principal components, (A) a resin containing a hydroxyl group and a cationic group, (B) an epoxy resin containing, per molecule, on the average at least 2 epoxy group-containing functional groups with an epoxy group bound to an alicyclic skeleton and/or a bridged alicyclic skeleton, and (C) a finely divided gelled polymer, said finely divided gelled polymer (C) being obtained by, in the first step, emulsion polymerizing (I) a monomer component composed of(a) a polymerizable unsaturated vinylsilane monomer containing a vinylic double bond and a hydrolyzable alkoxysilane group,(b) a polymerizable monomer containing at least two radically polymerizable unsaturated groups in a molecule,(c) a polymerizable unsaturated monomer containing a vinylic double bond and a hydroxyl group, and(d) the other polymerizable unsaturated monomer using a cationic reactive emulsifying agent containing an allyl group in a molecule; and in the second step, emulsion polymerizing (II) a monomer component composed of(e) a blocked monoisocyanate or polyisocyanate in which at least one isocyanate group in a molecule is blocked with a radically polymerizable monohydroxy compound,(f) a polymerizable unsaturated monomer containing a vinylic double bond and a hydroxyl group, and(g) the other polymerizable unsaturated monomer in the presence of the aqueous finely divided gelled polymer obtained in the first step, said polymer having a core-sheath structure in which the polymerized product of the monomer component (I) is a core and the polymerized product of the monomer component (II) is a sheath (shell).

The document layout information is extracted from the analysis result. The extracted layout information is stored, as learning data, in a document layout information learning area.
