    摘要: An adhesive resin composition is obtained by mixing at least one member (C) selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acids and the derivatives thereof, a free-radical initiator (D), and a mixture consisting of a crystalline polyolefin resin (A) and an amorphous or low crystalline olefin copolymer of ethylene and an .alpha.-olefin (B), to obtain a precursor mixture, melt-kneading the precursor mixture in the first half of an extruder having at least one side feeder, to obtain a modified precursor mixture, and feeding a crystalline polyolefin resin (E) from the side feeder of the extruder and mixing the resin (E) with the modified precursor mixture.The adhesive resin composition has good extrudability and exhibits high adhesive property to polar materials such as polar polymeric materials and the like.

    摘要: A thermoplastic elastomer composition having a flexural modulus as defined in JIS K7203-1982 of from 500 to 15,000 kg/cm.sup.2, which is obtainable by melt kneading(A) from 20 to 60 parts by weight of a polyamide resin with(B) from 40 to 80 parts by weight of an ethylene copolymer comprising (a) from 40 to 90% by weight of an ethylene unit, (b) from 5 to 60% by weight of an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester unit, and (c) from 0.3 to 10% by weight of a maleic anhydride unit, to obtain a composition (I), and further melt kneading 100 parts by weight of the composition (I) with(C) from 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide having a specific surface area of no more than 20 m.sup.2 /g as measured by the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method, is disclosed.

    摘要: An impact-resistant polyamide resin is produced bypreparing Mixture (I) by melt-kneading (A) a polyamide resin with (B) at least one modified olefin polymer selected from the group consisting of olefin rubbers having an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride added thereto, .alpha.-olefin polymers having an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride added thereto, crystalline ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymers having an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride added thereto, and ethylene-ethylenic unsaturated ester copolymers having an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride added thereto,preparing Mixture (II) by melt-kneading Mixture (I) with (C) a polyfunctional compound having in the molecule two or more functional groups reactive with carboxyl group, carboxylic acid anhydride group or amino group, andmelt-kneading Mixture (II) with (D) a polyamide resin.The impact-resistant polyamide resin composition obtained by the process of the present invention has an excellent processability and can be made into various molded products, sheets or films by injection molding or extrusion molding. The thus obtained products have good physical properties, in particular, an excellent impact strength.

    摘要: A saturated polyester resin composition excellent in impact resistance is prepared by melt kneading (A) 30-58 parts by weight of a saturated polyester resin, (B) 42-70 parts by weight of an epoxy group-containing ethylene copolymer comprising (a) 50-99% by weight of ethylene unit, (b) 0.1-30% by weight of unsaturated carboxylic acid glycidyl ester unit or unsaturated glycidyl ether unit, and (c) 0-49% by weight of ethylenically unsaturated ester compound unit, (C) 0.01-20 parts by weight of a polyfunctional compound containing at least two specific functional groups of amino groups, carboxyl groups, carboxylic acid anhydride groups, hydroxyl groups or ##STR1## unit (wherein X and Y are both oxygen atoms or sulfur atoms or one of them is an oxygen atom and another is a sulfur atom) and (D) 0-30 parts by weight of a block copolyether ester elastomer, the amounts of (C) and (D) being based on 100 parts by weight of (A) plus (B), thereby to obtain a former-stage composition (I) and furthermore melt kneading the resulting composition (I) with (E) 50-1000 parts by weight of a saturated polyester resin and (F) 0-30 parts by weight of a block copolyether ester elastomer at a later-stage.
