摘要： A photographic film is previously wound around a spool in a scroll chamber to be ready for photographing. The film is wound by one frame when a film winding knob is operated. After all the frames have been exposed, it is wound back to a film magazine in a film magazine chamber. The film magazine in which the film has been wound, is taken out from the film magazine chamber when a rear cover is folded at a groove portion provided on the rear cover after at least one of the three engaging hook portions between the rear cover and the film unit body has been disengaged.

摘要： An elongated or rectangular cross-section capillary is disclosed for use in capillary electrophoresis using optical detection. With rectangular capillaries, heat is efficiently dissipated which permits large volume applications in capillary electrophoresis. In addition, the increase in cell pathlength produces significant improvements in absorbance detection sensitivity. This advantage is also important for laser-induced fluorescence, optical rotation, and other pathlength-dependent detection schemes. Because flat walls produce less optical distortion than circular capillary walls, rectangular capillaries are particularly useful when parameters such as refractive index, photodeflection, direct visualization or particle counting are used for detection. Capillary electrophoresis employing rectangular capillaries allows for two-dimensional separations.

摘要： An injector has a sample chamber for retaining a small amount of sample, wherein a position of the sample chamber is controlled by transmitting light through the sample chamber and detecting the transmitted light so as to recognize the position of the sample chamber, and it is possible to reduce detection error compared to the conventional injectors that indirectly control the position of the sample chamber by transmitting light through the light passage which is adjacent to the sample chamber. A method for injecting a sample comprising the steps of: providing an injector which has a sample chamber for retaining a sample with an open month; transmitting light through the sample chamber; detecting the transmitted light so as to recognize a position of the sample chamber; and controlling the position of the sample chamber by using the detection result to connect the open month of the sample chamber to an open month of a sample receiving member in order to inject the sample into the sample receiving member.

The device for collecting skin permeable gas includes a cylindrical member including a spiral groove, a cover disposed on the upper surface of the cylindrical member, a gas-introducing section connected to the cover, a gas delivery section connected to the cover, and a sealing member for sealing the groove of the cylindrical member and for maintaining air contained in the groove at a predetermined temperature. After components in the air maintained at a predetermined temperature are analyzed, the sealing member is detached from the cylindrical member and the cylindrical member from which the sealing member is detached is then brought into intimate contact with skin of a subject to collect the skin permeable gas.
