A process for producing a propylene resin formed article with a hard coat is disclosed, comprising forming an ultraviolet-curing acrylic resin coating film on the surface of a propylene resin film or sheet, subjecting the film or sheet with the coating film to thermoforming, and irradiating the coating film to ultraviolet rays to cure said ultraviolet-curing resin, wherein said propylene resin film or sheet is composed of at least a propylene resin surface layer containing substantially no nucleating agent on which surface is coated said acrylic resin film and a thermoplastic resin base layer containing a nucleating agent which is laminated on the other side of said propylene resin surface layer prior to the thermoforming. The hard coat on the propylene resin formed article has high gloss.

The present invention provides a method for forming a cured-resin layer having a surface with antistatic properties. An ultraviolet-curable resin having antistatic properties is laminated on an ultraviolet-curable resin for forming an electrostatic cured surface by curing and the two layers then being simultaneously cured by ultraviolet irradiation thereon. A cured-resin layer is thereby obtained where the surface layer of the cured resin is provided with antistatic properties, and is strongly held by chemical bonding.

A process for producing an oriented blown film of a thermoplastic resin by blown film extrusion, carried out by blowing air into an extruded bubble of the resin extruded from a ring die to expand the bubble and cooling the expanded bubble with air from a cooling air ring, wherein blown film extrusion is carried out under such conditions that the ratio of (b) the final diameter of the expanded bubble to (a) the diameter of the bubble at the crystallizing temperature of the thermoplastic resin ((b)/(a)) ranges from 1.5 to 10. The process provides an oriented blown film excellent in strength, appearance, and heat shrinkage characteristics.

A polyolefin-based wrapping film having one or more layers which satisfies the following conditions (1) to (4):(1) the film has a thickness ranging from 6 to 100 .mu.m;(2) the film has a birefringence .DELTA.n.sub.A of from 0.6.times.10.sup.-3 to 8.times.10.sup.-3 ;(3) the film has a ratio of percent heat shrinkage in MD to percent heat shrinkage in TD of from 0.65 to 1.50 in a silicon oil bath at 140.degree. C. for 3 minutes; and(4) the film has a strain recovery of at least 18 mm,which provides excellent performance properties in stretch wrapping, especially in the area of high deformation recover.

The present invention relates to a film for use in stretch-packaging that comprises an intermediate layer which contains as its main component an .alpha.-olefin-series resin component containing a butene-1-series resin and at least two surface layers each containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin as its main component, the surface layers being laminated over both surfaces of the intermediate layer. The film has remarkably high values of tear strength and recovery from deformation.

The film is excellent in stretchability, softness, tear strength, and in particular deformation recovery properties.

This material is of the structure that an olefin- or styrene-based resin sheet and a urethane foam material are laminated on each other with an adhesive containing: (A) 20 to 100% by weight of a water-soluble polyimine compound selected from the group consisting of polyethyleneimine, poly(ethyleneimine-urea), and a polyaminepolyamide/ethyleneimine adduct, and (B) 80 to 0% by weight of a nitrogen atom-containing cationic or amphoteric polymer. This composite heat-insulating material is very suitable for use as a lining material for a refrigerator, for example.
