The display device 5 includes an idle state display section 50a for displaying an engine revolution speed N as no-manipulation period operating state information which is related to an engine load that is imposed while the operating device 6 is not manipulated. This makes it possible to inform an operator of the status of the engine load in an idle state for the purpose of prompting the operator to transition into a fuel-efficient state.

    摘要: In hybrid construction machine employing a hydraulic motor and an electric motor for the driving of the swing structure, satisfactory operability of a combined operation of the swing structure and other actuators is secured irrespective of the operating status of the electric motor.A control device of the hybrid construction machine executes control selected from: hydraulic/electric complex swing control for driving the swing structure by total torque of the electric motor and the hydraulic motor when a swing operating lever device is operated; and hydraulic solo swing control for driving the swing structure by the torque of the hydraulic motor alone when the swing operating lever device is operated. The control device controls drive torque or driving force of each of the electric motor, the hydraulic motor and a second hydraulic actuator so that the relationship between the position or the speed of the second hydraulic actuator and the swing angle or the swing speed of the swing structure in the combined operation when the swing operating lever device and a second operating lever device are operated at the same time during the hydraulic/electric complex swing control is substantially identical with the relationship in the combined operation during the hydraulic solo swing control.

A capacitor supplies electricity to the swing electric motor and an operating device outputs through one operation, an operating signal for concurrently operating the swing hydraulic motor and the swing electric motor. A main controller switches between a hydraulic-alone drive mode and an electric-alone drive mode, the hydraulic-alone drive mode being a mode to drive only the swing hydraulic motor selected from the swing hydraulic motor and the swing electric motor when the operating device is operated, the electric-alone drive mode being a mode to drive only the swing electric motor selected from the swing hydraulic motor and the swing electric motor when the operating is operated. Therefore, the actuator that malfunctions can easily be specified among the plurality of mounted actuators.

    摘要: Construction machinery that can achieve a great fuel reduction effect through an efficient use of recovered energy is provided.The Construction machinery includes at least two actuators 7 and 8, a main pump 3 that generates hydraulic energy for driving the actuators 7 and 8, flow control means 4 disposed between the main pump 3 and the actuators 7 and 8, an additional energy generating means 11 that generates energy to be added to the hydraulic energy, and a control means 20 that reduces hydraulic energy generated by the main pump 3 when the additional energy generating means 11 generates energy. The construction machinery further comprises changeover means 12d, 12e, and 12f that selectively change a location at which the energy from the additional energy generating means 11 is to be added according to the actuators 7 and 8. The control means 20 changes a reduction rate of the hydraulic energy generated by the main pump 3 depending on a specific actuator 7 or 8 to which the energy is to be added.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to skin-integrated laminates and their use as vehicle interior articles, in which the laminates feel comfortable to the touch and have a high quality of external appearances. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing these non-foaming polyurethane resins for use as design skins in vehicle interior articles and to a method for manufacturing a skin-integrated laminate from these non-foaming polyurethane resins, with both methods having increased productivity and lower cost, and without any adverse influence on the work environment. The non-foaming polyurethane resin forms a design skin surface by a reaction injection molding process, in which (I) a polyol mixture of (1) a polyol, (2) a chain extender which is 1-methyl-3,5-diethyl-2,4-diaminobenzene and/or 1-methyl-3,5-diethyl-2,6-diaminobenzene, (3) a catalyst, and (4) optionally, an auxiliary agent, and (II) a polyisocyanate compound, are reacted. The surface hardness of the non-foaming polyurethane resin, as measured by an Asker A hardness meter, is from 30 to 70.

    摘要: An internally threaded hole (17) of a cap nut (15), with which an external thread (6C) of a mounting bolt (6) is threadedly engaged, is formed as a bottomed threaded hole. Its length dimension is set to a dimension (L1) which makes it possible to secure an axial space (18) with respect to a distal end portion (6C1) of the external thread (6C) when the external thread (6C) of the mounting bolt (6) is tightened until a weakened portion (6D) is fractured. When the mounting bolt (6) is fractured at the weakened portion (6D) by an excessive tightening torque, the fractured external thread (6C) on the distal end side can be left in the internally threaded hole (17) in a threadedly engaged state. In consequence, the external thread (6C) of the mounting bolt (6) remaining in the internally threaded hole (17) can be easily loosened by fingertips and removed.
