摘要: The object of this invention is to provide a winding type plasma CVD apparatus in which quality of a layer can be made uniform by supplying a reaction gas uniformly to a deposition area of a film, and can perform a self-cleaning process of a deposition portion in the path of deposition onto the film.A film (22) is supported between a pair of movable rollers (33, 34) arranged on the upstream side and downstream side of the deposition portion (25) with regard to the traveling direction of the film, and then the film (22) is made to travel substantially linearly at the deposition position. Consequently, the distance between a shower plate (37) and the film (22) is kept constant, and the quality of the layer is made homogeneous. The film is heated by means of a metal belt (40) traveling simultaneously on the back side of the film. The moveable rollers (33, 34) ascend from the deposition position to the self-cleaning position, and the film (22) can be separated from the shower plate (37). Self-cleaning can be carried out in the path of the deposition onto the film by closing the aperture of a mask (51) with a shutter (65), thereby preventing leakage of cleaning gas.

摘要: A saddle-ride type vehicle, and arrangement of an electric part such as a controller for a saddle-ride type vehicle, can include a vehicle frame which has a left main frame and a right main frame which extend from a forward side to a rearward side of a vehicle body. An engine is supported on the vehicle frame, and a throttle body is disposed near the engine. An air cleaner is disposed adjacent throttle body, and a controller is provided, which is configured to control the engine. A support member supports at least a controller, with the support member being removably mounted relative to the vehicle body. The support member is separate from the throttle body and the air cleaner. The support member is typically disposed above the throttle body.

摘要: The invention provides an organic EL display device usable for both negative and positive polarity video signals. The organic EL display device of the invention has a polarity switching circuit switching a polarity of a digital video signal. In a case where a display panel is made for a negative polarity video signal, when a negative digital video signal is inputted, this polarity switching circuit lets the negative polarity digital video signal pass therethrough without inverting its polarity. When a positive polarity digital video signal is inputted, this polarity switching circuit inverts a polarity of the positive polarity digital video signal and inverts and switches reference data for a white level and reference data for a black level in order to obtain an accurate inverted image. An output of the polarity switching circuit is converted into an analog video signal through a first D/A converter and outputted to the display panel.

摘要: A Vibration system part for a speaker device includes a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric made of basalt fiber produced by twist yarn or roving yarn being a continuous long-fiber. The vibration system part for the speaker device may be a diaphragm, a center cap, an edge or a damper, for example. In a preferred example, the woven fabric or the non-woven fabric is impregnated with thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin. Additionally, a lamination member, such as paper, foam material, resin or a film, is preferably laminated (coated) on the woven fabric or the non-woven fabric. Thus, the vibration system parts for the speaker device, having excellent acoustic property and reliability, can be obtained at a low price.
