    摘要: A curing composition including: 100 parts by weight of (1) titanium oxide particles coated with oxide of one or more metal elements selected from the group consisting of silicon, aluminum, titanium, zirconium, tin, antimony and zinc, 1 to 150 parts by weight of (2) a curing compound, and 0.1 to 100 parts by weight of (3) acuring catalyst. An antireflective multilayer body (16) which successively includes, on a substrate layer (12), a high-refractive-index film (10) which is formed by curing this curing composition and has a refractive index of 1.60 or more and a low-refractive-index film (14) having a lower refractive index than that thereof exhibits excellent antireflection effect in the field in which an antireflection film is used.

    摘要: Provided is an optical waveguide manufacturing method that makes the thickness of a clad layer in the vicinity of a core portion uniform. A first lamination film is fabricated by forming a clad layer by forming a first curable resin layer for clad formation on a first base film and curing the first curable resin layer, and forming a core portion by forming a second curable resin layer for core formation having a higher refractive index than that of the clad layer after cured on the clad layer and selectively curing the second curable resin layer. A second lamination film is fabricated by forming a clad layer by forming a third curable resin layer for clad formation on a second base film and curing the third curable resin layer. In the optical waveguide manufacturing method, the first lamination film in which the core portion is formed and the second lamination film are bonded together with a fourth curable resin layer for clad formation interposed therebetween, and the curable resin layer interposed between the first lamination film and the second lamination film is cured to form a clad layer.

    摘要: The invention relates to a liquid curable resin composition comprising: (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylic compound containing at least three (meth)acryloyl groups in the molecule, (B) a reaction product of an alkoxy silane compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group, an urethane bond group, and an organic group represented by the following formula (1), wherein X is NH—, —O—, or —S— and Y is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, and when X is —O—, Y is a sulfur atom, with silica particles, (C) a radiation curable acrylic resin comprising a carboxyl group in its molecule, of which the Tg is 50 or higher, (D) a radiation polymerization initiator, and (E) a non reactive solvent. The invention further relates to the coating obtained after evaporation of the solvent, and to the cured coating after irradiation.
