    摘要: A film thickness measuring device is provided with a light source, a spectroscopic sensor, a processor, and a storage unit, and configured in such a manner that light from the light source vertically enters a plane to be measured provided with a film and the light reflected by the plane to be measured enters the spectroscopic sensor. The storage unit stores theoretical values of reflectivity distributions of respective film thicknesses and theoretical values of color characteristic variables of the respective film thicknesses. The processor finds the thickness of the film of the plane to be measured from the reflectivity distribution measured by the spectroscopic sensor by using the theoretical values of the reflectivity distributions of the respective film thicknesses or the theoretical values of the color characteristic variables of the respective film thicknesses stored in the storage unit.

    摘要: An airbag device capable of preventing a fish-mouth phenomenon and reducing the weight of a retainer is provided. The inner case has a plurality of holding holes for holding the retainer. The retainer has a bottom surface portion for supporting an airbag and an inflator, a side wall portion that is disposed at the outer periphery of the bottom surface portion and that has a height set to H so that the side wall portion hardly receives a pressure of the airbag when the airbag is inflated and developed, and engagement members that are disposed on the side wall portion and that are engageable with the holding holes. The substantially entirety of the retainer is housed in the inner case when the engagement members are engaged with the holding holes.

    摘要: A stabilizer bushing is provided which effectively reduces a torsional friction between a bushing body and a stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bushing includes a bushing body 16 made of a tubular elastic body, a sliding member 42 fixed to an inner circumferential surface of the tubular elastic body, and two partition members 26, 26 embedded in and bonded to a radially middle area of the bushing body 16. The partition members 26, 26 divide the bushing body 16 into an inner rubber portion 38 that is thin enough not to be elastically-deformed by a load applied thereto and an outer rubber portion 40 that is thicker than the inner rubber portion 38. Further, each of the partition members 26, 26 includes through holes 36a, 36b, 36c that are located so as to divide the partition member into a plurality of sections both in the axial and circumferential directions.

    摘要: There is provided a liquid crystal composition capable of inexpensively and easily forming a phase difference layer excellent in mechanical strength such as hardness and in substrate adhesion properties, a color filter using the same, and a liquid crystal display apparatus using the color filter. Specifically, provided are a liquid crystal composition, a color filter 1 provided with a phase difference layer 4 produced by applying the liquid crystal composition onto a transparent substrate 2 and immobilizing, and a liquid crystal display apparatus 11 using the color filter 1 as a display side substrate 12. The liquid crystal composition contains therein: one kind or two or more kinds of crosslinkable liquid crystal compounds; at least one kind of silane coupling agents selected from sulfide silane coupling agents, mercapto silane coupling agents, amino silane coupling agents and (meth)acryloyl silane coupling agents; a multifunctional (meth)acrylate having an alcoholic hydroxyl group and a multifunctional (meth)acryloyl group in a molecular structure thereof; and an alicyclic epoxy compound.

In order to achieve the aforementioned object, the present invention provides the substrate for a liquid crystal display comprises at least a transparent substrate and a columnar spacer formed on the transparent substrate. The substrate is characterized in that the amount of initial deformation A of the spacer measured by a predetermined measurement method is 0.04 μm or more and the amount of plastic deformation B is 0.7 μm or less.

    摘要: An airbag apparatus cover has a module cover with a module cover main body, and a door frame with a door frame movable member and a door frame fixed member. When an inflator discharges gas, the door frame movable member is moved upward by the expanding airbag. The module cover is broken along a tear line, and a door portion is cut off and separated from the surrounding module cover. The door portion is further moved upward with the door frame movable member, and a tear line of the door portion is burst as it is pressed by the airbag. The door portion and its lining plate portions open like a door, and the airbag is expanded into a vehicle cabin. The fixed member, the movable member, and the module cover are a double-shot molded integrally formed unit, thus facilitating the manufacture of a cover with high dimensional accuracy.

    摘要: An ACELP speech coding method according to ITU-T Recommendation G.729. When coding a random component vector, each of random component vector forming together the random codebook is formed of three or less pulses having a unit amplitude for each 6f a pair of subframes which form together a frame. The positions of the pulses are determined from a plurality of predetermined positions which a pulse can assume in a subframe so that distortion is minimized. The method allows speech coding at a lower bit rate.
