    摘要： A document processor comprises an image reader for reading a document sheet to output digital RGB signals, a color model converter that converts the RGB signals to HSV signals and YUV signals through arithmetic operations, and then attaches the YUV signals to the HSV signals of individual pixels, a color detector for detecting pixels of those colors to be subjected to image processing; and an image processing section consisting of a color converter, a color extractor and an area recognizer. The image processing section is previously registered with a number of colors to be subjected to image processing, wherein different contents of image processing are designated to respective colors, so the color converter, the color extractor and the area recognizer can carry out designated contents of image processing simultaneously on pixels of registered colors.

    摘要： A microfilm reader which has an optical system for magnifying and projecting an image recorded on a film contained a cassette onto a viewing screen mounted on a pivot shaft of a casing having a generally rectangular flattened box-like configuration of the microfilm reader for folding and unfolding movement comprises a cassette holder, a microfilm driving device for transporting the microfilm so as to place a frame of the microfilm of which an image is to be projected, a reflection mirror supported by the casing for sliding movement so as to be foldable in order to turn the projected image toward the viewing screen, a top cover mounted on and supported by the casing for folding and unfolding movement which is slidably engaged with a top end of the viewing screen so as to define a dark space behind the viewing screen in cooperation therewith when the viewing screen is unfolded and to cover and protect the viewing screen when the viewing screen is folded, and linking device interconnecting the viewing screen and the reflecting mirror so as to fold and unfold the reflecting mirror in cooperation with the viewing screen. The microfilm reader comprises a light shielding member comprising a plurality of light opaque blades which is unfolded in cooperation with the viewing screen so as to close a side opening defined by the casing, the viewing screen and the top cover when the viewing screen is unfolded in order to provide a dark space behind the viewing screen.

    摘要： There is provided a document reader system for reading images of a large number of document papers while continuously feeding the document papers from an auto-feeder to a scanner so that image data read by the scanner can be supplied to a computer, which can easily meet various requirements of different users, easily satisfy a user having only a scanner and planning to purchase a microfilm camera additionally, reduce space needed for installing the whole system without providing double auto-feeders and stackers for the scanner and the microfilm camera, and which allows makers to easily provide various types of systems to meet user's requirements. The system includes a turn unit removably attached to the scanner so that the document papers passing through and ejected from the scanner can be returned to a stacker provided in the scanner. Each device portion of the system is formed as a unit so that various types of document reader systems can be obtained by combining necessary units.

    摘要： An electrophotographic device for a magnetic brush development process in which a conductive material is used for rollers in the conveying mechanism of electrophotosensitive materials which abut on the materials after a charging step by a charging device, but before a developing step by a developing device so as to insulate the rollers from other components. One portion of a shield case of the charging device is insulated from another portion and is electrically connected to the rollers, thereby applying a bias voltage on the rollers using the voltage induced on this portion due to high voltage applied on a corona wire of the charging device.

    摘要： An improvement of microfilm camera with a marking device in which an image of a document is photographed on a roll film mounted in a cassette using a slit exposure system and a two-dimensional digital image of a mark is recorded on the roll film. The microfilm camera comprises: an image taking lens for forming the image of the document on the roll film; a mark taking lens having an optical axis inclined in the length side direction of the roll film with respect to that of the image taking lens; and a digital image generator for generating a one-dimensional digital image extending in the width side direction of the roll film and formed by said mark taking lens at or in close vicinity of the image forming position of the image taking lens. The two-dimensional image of the mark is recorded on the film by changing the one-dimensional digital image synchronously with traveling of the film. With such construction, the size of a photographic opening provided in the cassette can be reduced to made the cassette structure simple. It is unnecessary to provide a complicated synchronizing mechanism for setting mark projecting or recording timing.
