    摘要: A control program signal demodulating device comprises a control program demodulator for obtaining a demodulated output of a control program signal from a signal which is reproduced from a rotary recording medium which is recorded with at least the control program signal together with a video signal, where the control program signal indicates a control program including input and output commands and internal processing commands of an external device such as a computer which has a discriminating function and is coupled to a player which plays the rotary recording medium, a memory circuit for at least temporarily storing the demodulated output of the control program demodulator and producing the stored demodulated output, a selecting circuit for selectively producing data received from the memory circuit in response to a transmission request, an interface circuit for transmitting the data which is produced from the selecting circuit to the external device, and for receiving one or a plurality of control commands from the external device, and a command analyser for decoding one or a plurality of control commands received from the interface circuit, and for generating a signal which controls the operation of the player or a signal which requests transmission with respect to the memory circuit and the selecting circuit.

    摘要: Disclosed is a synchronizer for establishing synchronism between horizontal and vertical sync pulses of a non-interlaced video signal and those of an interlaced video signal, the number of non-interlaced scan lines being smaller by 2n-1 than the interlaced scan lines, where n is an integer equal to or greater than unity. Two variable frequency clocks are generated, one having a higher frequency variable as a function of a phase difference between the horizontal sync pulses of the two video signals and the other having one half the higher frequency. A first period is defined which runs from a non-interlaced horizontal sync of first occurrence in a given field to a horizontal sync of (n-1)th occurrence in the given field and a second period is defined that runs from the non-interlaced horizontal sync of first occurrence in a subsequent field to a horizontal sync of n-th occurrence in the subsequent field. The higher frequency clock is normally used to generate the non-interlaced horizontal and vertical sync and the lower frequency clock is used instead when vertical sync pulses of the two video signals are mismatched in phase and during the first and second periods to compensate for the difference in scan line number.

    摘要: A method of controlling remote control electronic apparatus coupled to a network and a remote control electronic apparatus to be coupled to a network are disclosed. Each remote control electronic apparatus has a CPU and a ROM including a local control program expressed by an independent language which is interpretable by the CPU, a remote control program expressed by a virtual language, a virtual language processing program for processing the virtual language to make it interpretable by the CPU. When one remote control electronic apparatus is required to control another remote control electronic apparatus coupled to the network, the remote control electronic apparatus requests to transmit the remote control program of another remote control apparatus. The remote control electronic apparatus receiving the transmitted remote control program of another remote control apparatus generates an operation command signal using the received remote control program through the virtual language processing program and transmits the operation command signal to another remote control apparatus which is actually operated by the local control program existing in another remote control apparatus according to the operation command signal.
