摘要: A curved, transparent laminated glazing is made of at least two fixed panes and of a multilayer laminate placed between them. The laminate includes at least one support film provided with a thin layer and with external adhesive layers, as well as with a marginal strip of an opaque material for delimiting the viewing area of the laminated glazing on at least one side. The support film, which extends over the viewing area, is cut to size according to the invention in such a way that its cut edge is still just covered by the marginal strip at least in a direction of viewing in transmission.

摘要: In a method for making laminated glass, a sheet includes two glass substrates with an interlayer sheet between them. This sheet includes a polymer based film provided on one of the surfaces with a thin functional layer. The sheet is cut out in dimensions substantially identical to or greater than one of the glass substrates. The sheet is slit on at least the thickness of the film provided with the functional layer so as to delimit at least a peripheral zone of the film located between the slitting line and its edge. The interlayer sheet is assembled between the glass substrates. The peripheral zone is then detached by mechanical traction to transform the laminated glass sheet.

摘要: A pane with low energy transmission. The pane has a laminated structure of at least one glass sheet tinted in its mass and preferably having antisolar properties, and at least one sheet of polymer material containing a UV-absorbent, the at least one glass sheet and at least one sheet of polymer material being chosen to give a light transmission factor TL.sub.A of less than 60%, an energy transmission factor TE such that the ratio TL.sub.A /TE is greater than 1 and a transmission factor TUV less than 0.5%, the total thickness of the pane being preferably between 2.5 and 8 mm. The application of the pane, notably, as a lateral pane, rear window pane, roof or sun roof for transportation vehicle is disclosed.

摘要: A thermoplastic synthetic high polymer sheet including induced tensile stress lengthwise of the sheet which varies in intensity from a maximum along one edge to a minimum along the other edge. The induced tensile stress is frozen in the sheet by maintaining its temperature below a transformation temperature. Upon elevation of the temperature of the sheet above the transformation temperature, as the process of fabrication of a laminated windshield is to commence, the sheet, without further operative forming operations, will deform to conform substantially to the outline of the outer curved lamina of the windshield. The sheet may include a zone along one edge to provide filtering of glare.

摘要: In a composite pane having a film laminate which adhesively connects two rigid panes to one another to form a pane assembly and comprises at least one colored adhesive film and at least one uncolored adhesive film which can be fused on during production of the pane assembly, according to the invention, at least one intermediate layer is provided between the two differently colored fused-on adhesive films and results in a uniform flattening of the mutually facing surfaces of the two adhesive films while being fused on. This results in the finished product being homogeneously colored when being looked through.
