摘要： There is provided a method of manufacturing a hollow structural member suitable for precisely manufacturing a hollow structural member whose pitch space of the hollows is below 30 μm. The method of manufacturing a hollow structural member of this invention is to encapsulate, by using a gas-permeable material in part of a material that constitutes the substrate (5) for manufacturing the hollow structural member, a high-pressure gas by injection in advance, under high-pressure conditions, into the gas-permeable material; to form a plastic deformation film (10) on a surface under reduced-pressure conditions; and to expand and draw the plastic deformation film (10), while preventing the plastic deformation material from entering the recesses (5b), by discharging the high-pressure gas that is encapsulated in the gas-permeable material into each of the recesses (5b), whereby the hollow structural member is manufactured.

摘要： A disclosed method for producing a hollow cell array structure includes a first step of layering a deformable material capable of being plastically deformed under a predetermined condition on a first substrate, the first substrate having plural, mutually separated depressions in a surface thereof, such that the deformable material forms mutually isolated spaces in the corresponding depressions; a second step of expanding the spaces in the plural depressions by inducing a gas pressure of the spaces while extending the deformable material on the first substrate, such that plural hollow cells are simultaneously formed in correspondence to the plural depressions in predetermined directions; and a third step of selectively solidifying portions of the plural hollow cells by selectively applying ultraviolet rays thereto.

摘要： In an aging device used to manufacture a plastic molded product, injecting and aging processes are separated from each other. Namely, a plastic base material is approximately processed in advance in a final shape by injection molding. Thereafter, the plastic base material is inserted into an aging die having plural cavities and attached to a press machine such that the aging die is clamped and opened. Next, the plastic base material is heated and melted until a temperature equal to or higher than a glass transition point so as to generate an internal resin pressure. Next, the plastic base material is gradually cooled to transfer a mirror face thereto. The aging device has a die cooling device having plural heat pipes for cooling the die and has a die heating device having plural heaters for heating the die. The heat pipes and the heaters are arranged in a die plate of the press machine. In this aging device, the aging die can be uniformly and rapidly heated and cooled and a cooling speed of the aging die can be easily controlled.
