The manufacturing method comprises making a plurality of models of the crankshaft bearing caps of resin used in full mold casting, arranging the models and connecting the models to the beam, and replacing the resin constituting the models with metal in full mold casting, thereby integrating the replaced metal and the beam.

    摘要: An error correction device error corrects without increasing in circuit scale. An encoder, includes: a first ECC encoder which interleaves a data string into n (n≧2) blocks of data strings at every m (m≧2) bits, and adds the error correction code parity; a parity encoder which creates a parity bit at every plurality of bits of the error correction code word, and adds the parity bit to said error correction code word; and a second ECC encoder, which generates a second error correction encoding, which is a linear encoding using iterative decoding. Concatenated type encoded data, where a parity bit is added to every plurality of bits, is created, so an increase of circuit scale can be prevented even if a data string is interleaved into a plurality of blocks and error correction code parity is generated.

    摘要: An indexing device comprises an indexing table fixed to a table shaft rotatably supported on a body structure. A worm shaft is rotatably supported on the body structure and has a worm formed thereon. An indexing gear is fixed coaxially to the indexing table. The indexing device has a rotation correction device for stopping the rotation of the worm shaft prior to the indexing operation of the indexing table. The indexing device further has a positioning device for operating, after the worm shaft has been thus stopped, to impart a rotational torque to the indexing table and to cause a gear tooth face of the indexing gear to press against and hold a worm tooth face of the worm, whereby the precision of positioning of the indexing table is improved.

    摘要: A device for rotationally indexing an indexing table by utilizing a synchronized tap function of a machine tool main spindle. The rotation and the axial feeding displacement of the main spindle are in a specific synchronized relation. When the main spindle is fed forward, it engages an input shaft of the indexing device and thrusts it to retract against a spring force. Upon arriving at a retracted position of the input shaft, the main spindle starts rotation in one direction. Because of a one-way clutch between the input shaft and the indexing table, the rotation of the input shaft imparted by the main spindle is not transmitted to the indexing table. After a predetermined angular rotation and an axial feed, the main spindle is rotated in the reverse direction to be withdrawn axially. At this time the one-way clutch operates to transmit the reverse rotation to the indexing table. The indexing device is of compact construction and ensures accurate indexing.
