    摘要: The present invention provides a low temperature heat shrinkable film comprising a linear low density polyethylene resin having a short branched chain and a density of 0.935 g/cm.sup.3, and whose film properties are such that the haze value is 5% or less, the heat shrinkages at 90.degree. C. in the M and T directions are 30% or more and 5% or less, respectively , and the shrinkage stress at 90.degree. C. in the M direction is 300 g/mm.sup.2 or more. This transparent film having an excellent low temperature heat shrinkability can be produced by drawing a film of the above-mentioned polyethylene resin between two rolls having a diameter of 200 mm or less at an air gap of 10 mm or less at a draw ratio of 3.0 to 6.0. Further, an inflation film having a multilayer structure can be obtained by press bonding or press bonding and drawing a plurality of films comprising the above-mentioned polyethylene resin. This laminate film has an excellent transparency and strength, and has a uniform film thickness.

    摘要: The present invention provides a foamed film for shrink labels which is capable of being accommodated by the new continuous attachment system for shrink labels, and in which a long foamed film for shrink labels is wound around the body of a container, and is cut at the inner-position where the film overlaps, after which the two ends of the resulting film unit are joined together to form a cylindrical shape, and this is subsequently heated to cause heat shrinkage of the film and to produce the label. The foamed film for shrink labels of the present invention is a film which stretches a blown film with an expansion ratio of 1.3 to 5 in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction or extrusion direction) so that the draw ratio is 1.5 to 4.0, which has properties such as a thickness of 120 to 300 μm, a tensile elastic modulus of 80 to 500 MPa, a static friction coefficient of 0.3 to 0.8, a coefficient of shrinkage of 15% or more at 90° C. and 30% or more at 120° C., and which is foamed and has shrinkability.

    摘要: The invention relates to a low-density polyethylene resin for laminates, a composition thereof, and a laminate and production method therefor. The low-density polyethylene resin is one obtainable by a high pressure radical polymerization method and has a density of 0.910 to 0.935 g/cm3, a melt flow rate of 0.1 to 300 g/10 min., and a terminal vinyl group number of 0.4 or more per 1,000 carbon atoms. According to the invention, a laminate having high interlayer adhesion strength can be obtained also by low-temperature, high-speed molding so that the occurrence of smoking and odor can be prevented. Also, the resin is excellent in productivity and economics. Further, the resin is excellent in productivity and economics because it can be readily made thinner. The laminate is suitable for application to, for example, food wrapping materials, containers, etc.
