摘要： The present invention relates to a communication adapter apparatus that connects electrical apparatuses, sensors, and other apparatuses to a network. In order to obtain a communication adapter apparatus that is capable of realizing simplification of setting at the time of execution of works, simplification of execution of works, reduction of power consumption, and simplification of system setting, the communication adapter apparatus according to the invention is a communication adapter that connects one of plural connection object apparatuses having an apparatus object consisting of information, which is based on functions of the apparatuses, and operable control items, respectively and a network to which a controller for remotely controlling the connection object apparatus is connected, the communication adapter including: communication control means that controls transmission and reception of data to and from the network; apparatus communication managing means that copies and saves the apparatus object, saves a procedure for a communication service of the communication control means, and makes it possible to use the connection object apparatus from the network using these saved data; and apparatus interface means that is defined by standards common to all the apparatuses in order to make all the plural communication object apparatuses connectable.

摘要： An apparatus state detector and its associates are provided to save time and effort for learning combinations of operation states of all apparatuses at home and commit fewer estimation errors even when an unknown apparatus starts operating. The apparatus state detector includes measuring means 110 that measures a physical quantity of an environment in which an apparatus is placed, feature-quantity calculation means 120 that calculates a feature quantity of the measured value measured by the measuring means 110, storage means 140 that stores in advance the feature quantity of each apparatus and an apparatus state associated with the feature quantity in a reference-apparatus entry dictionary 200, and apparatus-state detection means 130 that searches the reference-apparatus entry dictionary 200 for a feature quantity by using a feature quantity calculated by the feature-quantity calculation means 120 as a search key and detects an apparatus state based on the apparatus state associated with the retrieved feature quantity.

摘要： A DMA controller comprises a reading start address register storing a reading start address from which reading starts; a reading data size register storing the size of data to be read in a single reading operation; an offset value register storing an offset value for updating the reading start address after the reading operation ends; a repetition upper limit value register storing the upper limit value of the number of times of repetition of the reading operation; and a repetition counter register storing the number of times of repetition of the reading operation. The controller of the DMA controller outputs an interrupt signal indicating that the processing of the DMA controller ends when the value stored in the repetition counter register reaches the value stored in the repetition upper limit value register.
