    摘要: A treating device is inserted into the body cavity of a subject through a sheath by freely moving an operation wire in a forward/backward direction. A treating unit is connected to the forward end of the operation wire and includes a plurality of elastic wires extending from the forward end to the back end, a tip cap for holding the forward ends of the elastic wires, and a holding member for holding the back ends of the elastic wires. The respective elastic wires have first to fifth bent points in a position from the forward end to the back end thereof. The first and fifth bent points are projected inwardly relative to the center of the treating unit and second to fourth bent points are projected outwardly away from the center of the treating unit. All sections or sides each defined between the adjacent corresponding bent points of elastic wires are inclined at given angles to the center axis of the treating unit when they are spread out from the distal end of the sheath.

    摘要: A code NCO is provided which correctly outputs a predetermined code enable signal by executing a simple control, depending on a frequency of a clock signal, with an optimal circuit scale. A multiplexer 1 receives integers of N and M which are relatively prime, and outputs either of them to an adder 2, depending on an output signal of a comparator 6. The adder 2 adds an integer latched by the register 5 and an integer output by the multiplexer 1, and outputs the result via a multiplexer 4 to the register 5. The register 5 latches and outputs the received integer to the comparator 6 with a frequency fs of a sampling clock signal SCLK. In accordance with a threshold set based on the integers of N and M and the number L of bits of the adder 2 or the register 5, the comparator 6 outputs a signal having the High state only when the output integer of the register 5 satisfies the threshold condition.     摘要: The rear end side of treatment equipment-side duct which enables treatment equipment provided within an insertion unit to be inserted, and which also serves as a suction duct, is disposed generally in parallel with the tip side of a suction-side duct extending forward from a universal cable side so as to be an opening end, and both opening ends are detachably attached with a filter unit in which a forceps plug portion serving as a suction duct opening, and a filter portion for retrieving (storing) tissue by suction are provided, and a suction switchover valve for performing a suction switchover operation is provided at the backward side thereof, thereby enabling retrieval of tissue without influence of the periphery of the suction switchover valve. Thus, defects due to a long duct can be eliminated, and tissue can be retrieved without influence of the periphery of the suction switchover valve.

    摘要: A calculus crushing apparatus includes a flexible sheath for insertion into a body cavity and an operation wire slidably inserted in the sheath. A basket for holding a calculus is fixed to the distal end of the operation wire. The basket is formed of a plurality of elastic wires. A connecting rod is connected to the proximal end of the operation wire. By moving the connecting rod by an operation mechanism, the operation wire slides in the sheath, so that the basket is projected from or retracted in the sheath. The connecting rod has a disconnecting portion which is weaker than the elastic wires and operation wire against tension.
