    摘要: A hydrostatic actuator and an arrangement for attaching it to a receiving component are provided. The hydrostatic actuator has a master cylinder containing a housing and a piston movable axially within the housing which acts on a pressure chamber filled with a pressurizing agent. The piston is driven by a rotary-driven electric motor having a stator and a rotor, by a rolling planetary transmission that converts the rotary drive to an axial motion. In order to be able to produce such a hydrostatic actuator with little need for construction space, cost-effectively and with better quality, a supporting of the rolling planetary transmission is simplified, and the cooling and shielding of an electronic controller and the pressure behavior of the hydrostatic actuator is improved.

    摘要: In a method for checking the auto-opening function of an actuator-operated clutch, the clutch is moved out of its closed position into its open position or out of its open position into its closed position by the actuator at a predetermined constant speed. During this movement of the clutch a force/distance curve is recorded; the point of the path at which the force is minimal is determined; and the clutch is moved to the determined path point by the actuator. The actuator is deactivated; and it is checked whether following deactivation of the actuator, the clutch returns into its open position in a predetermined manner.

    摘要: In a method for setting the clutch torque of a clutch, especially a clutch disposed in a drive train of a motor vehicle, the clutch is adjusted using a clutch actuator. This clutch actuator has at least two actuator parts that may be positioned relative to each other at raster values of a position raster. A position setpoint corresponding to a clutch torque and disposed between the raster values of the position raster is calculated, and the actuator parts are positioned relative to each other at a raster value of the position raster that is adjacent to the position setpoint. In addition to the first position raster value, a second position raster value is calculated in such a manner that the position setpoint is disposed between the first position raster value and the second position raster value. The actuator parts are alternately positioned at the first position raster value and the second position raster value in such a manner that the average clutch torque more precisely matches the clutch torque setpoint than the clutch torques of the first and second position raster values.

    摘要: An actuator for a clutch or gear mechanism in a motor vehicle comprises an electric motor and an incremental encoder. The encoder comprises a position measurement signal output at which a position measurement signal can be output which has a number of different signal states, each of which is assigned to a relative position between a primary part and a secondary part of the electric motor. For the commutation of the electric motor, the position measurement signal output is connected to a position measurement signal input of a control device for a motor winding of the electric motor. The control device comprises a device for checking the plausibility of the position measurement signal and is designed in such a manner that on the occurrence of an implausible signal state the power supply to the electric motor is disconnected and/or the power of the electric motor is limited.
