摘要: A tool system for a mining machine. The tool comprises a tool holder (12) and a cutting tool pick (14) with a cutting tip (16). The mounting end of the tool comprises a tapered shank (18) in a corresponding tapered socket (20) of the tool holder (12). There may be a wear plate (24) situated between the tool holder (12) and the tool (14). There may be further removable wear plates (30) positioned between the tool holder and the tool in the shank region, these wear plates may have lateral projections (29) engaging corresponding recesses (32) in the shank region of the body (12). All these wear plates may be sacrificial and are able to be replaced upon wear, thus less damage will occur to the shank region of the tool or the holder body. The tool assembly may further include a pin (42) which can engage both the tool and holder by extending through aligned openings, opening (40) in the tool holder and opening (38) in the tool. The pin may be resiliently held in place. A spray unit (25) extends through the wear part (24) and has an outlet (25a) to direct fluid toward the cutting tip (16).

摘要: The invention is directed to a bag tightening trash can. Upon placing a fresh trash bag in the trash can, the user may press a button on the side surface, which activates a battery-powered suction fan in the bottom of the trash can for a short, predetermined period, such as 5 seconds. The suction fan gently draws the sides of the trash bag outward, tightening it against the interior surfaces of the trash can and fully expanding it. A simple grate separates the trash bag from the suction fan, which expels air through a vent at the lower end of the rear surface. The suction fan automatically shuts off to conserve battery power. All of the internal components are preferably waterproof and easily cleaned.

摘要: A process for increasing the etch resistance of the upper surface of photoresists by a surface-intensive dose of electron beam radiation. Such imparts increased surface etch resistance to the photoresist without causing as much shrinkage in the bulk of the film. A photographic image is produced by imagewise exposing a photographic composition layer on a substrate to activating energy to produce a latent pattern on the layer. This is followed by developing the photographic layer to thereby remove the nonimage areas thereof and leaving the image areas thereof in the form of a pattern on the substrate. The imaged layer is then overall irradiated to electron beam radiation for the full depth of the layer and then overall irradiated to electron beam radiation one or more additional times at a depth which is less than the full depth of the layer.

摘要: A method for playing a multi-level game of chance wherein players can advance to the next level with a win. As the game progresses through levels, non-winning players are eliminated and winning players are segregated by type of win. In general, each level provides greater winnings. In another example game format, a progressive jackpot may also be offered.

摘要: A trailer assembly for transporting recreational vehicles generally includes a base portion having a set of wheels, a holding assembly supported by the base portion and including a first support suitable for holding a first recreational vehicle and a second support adjacent the first support and suitable for holding a second recreational vehicle. The trailer assembly further includes a movement mechanism effective to move the first support and the second support from a launch position to a stow position. The launch position is a position which facilitates launching and loading of recreational vehicles with respect to the trailer assembly and the stow position is a position which is more space-saving than the launch position and facilitates loading of the full trailer assembly into a toy hauler or other limited cargo space.

摘要: The present invention provides methods, systems, and components for bringing together individuals into an organization of groups in an online environment and for providing ways to help groups keep in contact and manage affairs. The groups are organized such that members of any particular group share some common interest or activity. A group could be an online representation of a group, club, community, team, school, alumni, friends, singles, families, organizations or businesses, for example. The present invention allows users to join an online community; create and maintain public or private interest groups; search member messages, biographies, photos, and news; add events to a group calendar; use online RSVP and automated guest lists to manage events; manage projects with interactive task lists, budgeting tools, and progress reports; schedule online chat; vote on group decisions; and generally connect with others in an online environment.
