摘要: In a control device for a vehicle on which is mounted a continuously variable transmission capable of mechanically locking a primary pulley at the time of a maximum gear ratio (maximum Low), an idle rotational speed is not always set high to increase a hydraulic pressure at the time of stopping the vehicle. Instead, at the time of stopping the vehicle, when the gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission is the maximum gear ratio, normal idle rotational speed control is performed, and only when the gear ratio is not the maximum gear ratio, idle-up control is performed so that the idle rotational speed is set high, thereby the hydraulic pressure is set high. Thus, by restricting conditions in which the hydraulic pressure is set high by the idle-up control, it is possible to improve fuel efficiency while suppressing generation of a belt slip.

摘要: A control system for a refuse shredder composed of a refuse feeding section and a refuse shredding section detects a stagnating state of refuse to adjust the feed rate, detects idling of the feeding section and restores it to a proper state, detects a tendency of tripping of a shredder drive motor and prevents such tripping, and generally automates an operation of the shredder. The system includes an image pickup device for picking up an image of a refuse inlet of the shredder, an image processor for binary-coding an image signal generated by the image pickup device to obtain a characteristic quantity of the refuse, and control calculator for calculating and outputting a control signal for controlling the feeding section and the shredding section on the basis of the characteristic quantity of the refuse obtained by the image processor. Preferably, the system further includes a current detector for detecting a drive current value of a drive motor for the feeding section and the shredding section, and the control calculator calculates and outputs a control signal for controlling the feeding section and the shredding section on the basis of the above-mentioned characteristic quantity of the refuse as well as the detected drive current value of the drive motor.

摘要: A method of converting a plastic waste into oil by decomposing the plastic waste by a reaction using water in a supercritical or near supercritical region as a reaction medium. In this method, the reaction is conducted by using a tubular continuous reactor. The present invention further provides an apparatus therefor. Moreover, the present invention provides a method of converting a plastic waste into oil by conducting the reaction after hydrogen chloride is removed by performing the pyrolysis of the plastic waste in the case that the plastic waste contain chlorine. The present invention further provides an apparatus for performing this method.

摘要: Disclosed is an economical process for treating a large amount of plastics waste in which thermoplastics, crosslinked plastics, thermosetting plastics or a mixture thereof can be continuously and rapidly degraded and converted into oil without sorting various types of plastics waste. According to this process, powdered plastics obtained by grinding thermoplastics, crosslinked plastics, thermosetting plastics or a mixture thereof is mixed with water to form a slurry, and a dispersing agent such as a water-absorbing resin, a water-soluble polymer or a surface-active agent is added thereto. The resulting mixed slurry is fed to a tubular continuous reactor where the powdered plastics is degraded under reaction conditions causing the water to be in or near its supercritical region. Finally, oil is recovered from the reaction product.

摘要: A biomass hydrothermal decomposition apparatus includes, a biomass feeder (31) that feeds biomass material (11) under normal pressure to under increased pressure, a hydrothermal decomposition device (41A) that allows the fed biomass material (11) to be gradually moved inside a gradient device main body (42) from a lower end thereof with a conveyor screw (43), and also allows hot compressed water (15) to be fed from an other end of a feed section (31) for the biomass material into the main body (42), so as to cause the biomass material (11) and the hot compressed water (15) to countercurrently contact with each other and undergo hydrothermal decomposition, and that transfers a lignin component and a hemicellulose component into the hot compressed water, so as to separate the lignin component and the hemicellulose component from the biomass material (11); and a biomass discharger (51) that discharges, from the upper end of the device main body (42), a biomass solid residue (17) under increased pressure to an under normal pressure.
