摘要： Approaches for partially reconfiguring a frame are disclosed. In one approach, a circuit arrangement includes programmable resources, frames of configuration memory cells, and partial configuration control memory cells. Each frame includes a plurality of subsets of configuration memory cells, and each subset configures one of the programmable resources. Each partial configuration control memory cell is coupled to a respective one of the subsets. Responsive to a first partial bitstream that includes a quantity of configuration data for all the subsets of configuration cells of a first frame of the plurality of frames, each subset of the configuration memory cells of the first frame is configurable or not configurable responsive to the state of the associated partial configuration control memory cell.

摘要： When a first sub-circuit of a programmable integrated circuit (“IC”) is to be deactivated, a global write enable (GWE) signal is deasserted. In response to deassertion of the GWE signal and a first memory cell associated with the first sub-circuit being in a first state, flip-flops in the first sub-circuit are disabled from changing state. In response to memory cells associated with sub-circuits other than the first sub-circuit being in a second state, flip-flops in the other sub-circuits are enabled to change state. When the first sub-circuit is to be activated, the GWE signal is asserted. Logic implemented by the first sub-circuit is preserved between the deasserting and the asserting of the GWE signal. In response to assertion of the GWE signal and the first memory cell associated with the first sub-circuit being in the first state, flip-flops in the first sub-circuit are enabled to change state.

摘要： A device independent, frequency driven layout system and method for field programmable gate arrays ("FPGA") which allow for a circuit designer to specify the desired operating frequencies of clock signals in a given design to the automatic layout system to generate, if possible, a physical FPGA layout which will allow the targeted FPGA device to operate at the specified frequencies. Actual net, path and skew requirements are automatically generated and fed to the place and route tools. The system and method of the present invention evaluates the frequency constraints, determines what delay ranges are acceptable for each electrical connection and targets those ranges throughout the layout.

摘要： A belt driven infusion pump for emptying the contents of a syringe is disclosed. The pump includes a syringe pusher including an antisiphon catch and a pressure detector which is used for detecting occlusions or the end of infusion. A syringe clamp for locking a syringe in place is also provided. The syringe clamp is spring-loaded and lockable. A syringe position detector is provided to ensure the proper placement of the syringe prior to and during pumping. A control knob is provided on the face of the pump for controlling both the locking of the syringe barrel clamp and the coupling of the drive belt with a d.c. motor. The pump includes a housing having an elongated slot through which the syringe pusher is connected to the drive belt. A sealing band is connected to the syringe pusher and is moveable with the syringe pusher for sealing the slot against moisture or other contaminants. A pole clamp assembly is incorporated within the pump housing and includes a clamping arm for securing the pole between the clamping arm and the housing. The clamping arm is movable to a storage position where it is substantially flush with the outer surface of the pump housing.

The child activity device is configurable between a use and storage position and may also include a frame providing bouncing motion for a child. The activity device includes a support frame extending vertically upwards from a lower end proximate to a support surface and terminating at an upper end, a supporting portion, and may further include a seat, coupled to the supporting portion, that is rotatable about a first axis relative to the support frame to allow a child placed in the seat to rotate about the first axis. A coupling assembly is also disclosed. The coupling assembly secures the supporting portion to the support frame upper end and permits rotation of the supporting portion about a second axis for configuring the seat and supporting portion in a storage position. An activity device with foldable support legs is also disclosed. The support legs to base structure connection may further include a mechanism for providing bouncing motion for entertaining the child.

摘要： A security gate includes an installation and release mechanism that is operable with one hand. The gate comprises two panels which are extendible with respect to each other and lockable in the extended position. This makes it possible for the gate to expand across a wide variety of door openings. A handle located centrally on the top of the gate is connected by a pair of cranks and a pull rod to a pair of plungers which contact one side of the door frame. Spring bias on the plungers normally force the plungers into contact with the door frame. Slots in the upper and lower plunger links permit the plungers to accommodate irregular door frames. The handle is employed to withdraw the plungers from contact with the door frames and, conversely, the absence of handle pressure causes the gate to position itself solidly against the vertical door jamb. The handle is also employed by the operator to carry and position the gate in the doorway, allowing one-handed operation. A thumb operable handle interlock system prevents the handle from being accidentally manipulated unless one of two release interlock buttons is depressed by the thumb of the user. Also, the two extended panels are held in position by a second safety interlock which prevents a pair of extension adjustment knobs from rotating unless the extension interlock is released.
